The environment is first-class, and the cake base is as soft as mochi
One of the benefits of working in Central is exploring the diverse food options nearby. There are especially many cafes and Western restaurants in the Central and Sheung Wan areas. Since I ate at Pizza Project last time, I have become more interested in pizza. I originally wanted to make a reservation at Fiata Pizza, but it was fully booked. As a second choice, I made a reservation at this pizza shop that uses a special STEFANO FERRARA oven. Remember to make a reservation in advance because it also fills up quickly.
📍Location: Exit C of Hong Kong Station, take the Central escalator straight up to the middle of SOHO area, about 10 minutes, the storefront is more than half covered by the escalator.
🏠Environment: White exterior walls and wooden facades. There is a bar near the door that can accommodate four people by the window. There are dark green leather booths on both sides. There is also a semi-open-air alley with seats for two people. The walls are filled with famous wines and paintings. It is a tavern full of Italian style.
🤵🏻Service: The order was placed by hand and the attitude was very friendly and attentive. Mainly speak English, you can ask for cheese powder or hot sauce, which costs one yuan.

Since my sister had never tried Burrata cheese🧀, she ordered it for a little extra money and it was worth it. Burrata cheese 🧀, cherry tomatoes 🍅, olive oil and basil 🌿 create a delicious and fragrant flavor, which is a perfect match 😋!
