The property consists of a total of 729 units with 20-storey, 19-storey and 7-storey residential blocks, and is estimated to cost about $797 per sq ft per plot ratio. The astonishing interior of The Tre Ver condo has clinched it two Asia-Pacific Property awards even before sales were open; for the categories of Architecture and Development. It is highly anticipated by homebuyers and set to be completed by August 2022.

Yuba hut is a budget Japanese eatery which sells affordable dons and sushi rolls. They currently has 5 stores located within Singapore. I tried their champion floss sushi roll. It's generously covered with pork floss and sprinkle with a tangy sauce. Well, its definitely not the best I have eaten but at that price point, it's pretty decent and affordable. I also tried their buta don and steak don. The steak was nicely done in medium. The meat was soft. I didn't like the sweet sauce for the buta don and the meat portion was generous though. It has a lovely pastel theme with some nice spot for instagram photos. They serve coffee, various kind of tea cake (the one in the pic is the strawberry cheesecake tea cake), waffles and gelato (there was 12 choices when I was there). Their tea cake are very instagram friendly and you might have a hard choice deciding which one to get. They have some normal tables for eating as well as a low table with two low chair in front of the counter. Alternatively, you might want to sit outside at the two instagram friendly pastel toned seats (shown in the pic).

Tucked inside a cozy, sunshine-yellow shopfront, it’s mostly a takeaway spot with just a few stools — but the waffles more than make up for the lack of space. Each waffle is made fresh to order, with a crispy outer layer and chewy overall. We went for the half-half option and chose peanut butter and matcha — a sweet combo that’s perfect if you can’t decide on just one flavour. The peanut butter was rich, smooth, and nutty, while the matcha cream had a mellow bitterness that balanced things out. Both sides were filled generously and made for a very satisfying bite. This is definitely one for those with a sweet tooth. The creamy fillings and soft mochi base come together like a dessert sandwich, sweet without being cloying, and just the kind of treat you’d crave in the middle of the day. There’s a nostalgic charm to the place too — the shop used to be a fruit stall run by the owner's father, and that sense of family warmth still lingers. Whether you’re popping by after lunch or in the mood for a chewy, indulgent snack, The Gula Lab is worth the detour.

#cherryblossom25 Here at the economy dining area at the food centre at the potong pasir. You can get to try the various cuisine at an affordable rate. From the local taste, Malay food, western cuisine, as well as Thai, Japanese, Korean food. Each bento set costs around 5 USD and it is very affordable. You would definitely have a full meal here. If you are dining there, be sure to order other cuisine and share among yourself .

Price per Person - $10 Rating - 3/5 Nope The Gula Lab is not a laboratory, and it is also not a place where science experiments take place. The Gula Lab is a small cozy cafe where you can get your favourite Korean mochi waffles, without having to buy an air ticket to fly to korea for it. The cafe has bright yellow interiors, which makes it hard for you to miss it. It is welcoming but the only downside is the limited seats inside this cafe. I really love their korean mochi waffles, which they are famous for. It is made fresh to order, it is fragrant and it has this crispy exterior but a soft slightly chewy texture on the inside of the waffles. Order it with their signature korean cream and it is the ultimate snack. Grab a drink there too and I suggest trying their Taiwanese smoothies, perfect on a hot day. They are the best thirst quenchers and I would recommend their sea salt watermelon with milk smoothie and mung bean smoothie with milk. Simple snacks and drinks are served at the gula lab, but you will be wow-ed by it!

Then, you got to visit one of the latest and relatively new cafe that just opened in potong pasir area. This cafe is called Fullybooked and has an industrial theme to it. Despite the cold concrete feel of the cafe, you will be won over with it's food offerings and drinks. You will be surprised that local delights are served at this cafe, instead of the usual brunch or pasta menu that you see. I would suggest trying their kaya toast and coffee set that comes with 2 runny eggs. The toast was crispy and oozing with thick kaya. Yums! For mains, do try their curry chee cheong fun and dry mee Siam with lemon grass chicken. They were exceptionally good!

#familytrips2024 At the potong Pasir neighbourhood, there are many delicious eateries and coffee centres here. I like the HK pastries located in the potong Pasir bakery that was there. The bread is very fresh and tasty too. The nearest train station is at the potong Pasir station at the north east train station. There is also an Indian temple here which you can visit . In the past, we will come here to have our KFC meals here with our parents. Our dream destination is to visit Hong Kong. To try out their local food such as the beef noodles and the wanton noodles.
