Guest rooms are located on the 25th to 48th floors with great views. During my stay, the weather was overcast, but I could still vaguely see the top three buildings of Shanghai. ▪️Room environment: I stayed in an executive suite on a high floor, with a panoramic view of the Shanghai skyline! Executive lounge service is available, the furniture is business-oriented, and the natural lighting is fantastic! ✖️✖️✖️ However, the excessive dust on the pillowcases was truly unacceptable. ▪️Dining service: The Western restaurant is on the 26th floor, offering standard hotel breakfast fare. When coming to Shanghai, considering transportation and shopping, you must stay at the Longzhimeng Renaissance at least once

The hotel is very conveniently located in the zhongshan park area. It is just beside the train station and a mall that has many food options, and as well as nail salons and massages. There is a big park nearby as well and another mall adjacent to the t junction road.

Starting from the bustling city center, it only takes 15 minutes by subway lines 2, 3, and 4 to reach the destination—Renaissance Shanghai Zhongshan Park Hotel. The hotel boasts a prime location with convenient transportation, whether heading to the airport or shopping centers, it can be easily managed. Particularly noteworthy is that the hotel is located in the Dragon Dream Shopping Mall, whether for shopping or tasting gourmet food, there's no need to step out of the hotel, offering a one-stop solution for travel needs. Upon entering the hotel, you will be attracted by its luxurious and grand environment. Crystal chandeliers hang overhead, and the marble floors shine brightly, as if stepping into a luxurious palace. The room I stayed in was even more surprising. I stayed in a duplex executive suite, with a living room downstairs, a master bedroom, and a secondary bedroom upstairs, resembling a small home. The suite is spacious, with floor-to-ceiling windows making the entire bedroom bright and transparent, and the bathroom is fully equipped, allowing for a comfortable living experience even while traveling. The hotel's special activities are even more memorable. At the 25F coffee lounge, you can enjoy high-altitude landscape afternoon tea while admiring the bustling scenery of Shanghai. The afternoon tea set includes desserts and savory items, offering great value for money and is worth a try. In addition, the hotel also offers free swimming pool and gym for hotel guests, allowing you to maintain health during your busy journey. On the 26F, you can also enjoy a Western dinner, with a variety of dishes to satisfy your taste buds. Besides taking photos and checking in within the hotel, there are many external attractions worth visiting. At the top floor of the Dragon Dream Shopping Mall, there is a sky garden that overlooks the entire Shanghai cityscape, a great spot for photography. The duplex executive lounge on the 58th and 59th floors of the hotel has an elegant and spacious design. If you want to overlook the beauty of Shanghai from multiple angles, this is a great choice. Our deluxe room is on the 44th floor, featuring Chinese style and design sense. The bathroom also has floor-to-ceiling windows, allowing you to enjoy the view while freshening up. Two large floor-to-ceiling windows offer a panoramic view of Shanghai's night scene, with its dazzling lights, making the city's nightlife enchanting.

I am about to finish my 3-day, 2-night trip. I am staying at the Renaissance Shanghai Changning Dragon Ball Hotel for the first time. The front desk staff (Claire and Dana) are warm and helpful. The room is also quite comfortable (just the air-conditioner is a little hot). I can rest well to complete the trip. I look forward to staying there again next time.

After 4 hours of traveling by plane and car, I finally arrived at the Shanghai Changning Renaissance Hotel to check in. Although it was 17 degrees Celsius outside, I felt warmly welcomed by the friendly and enthusiastic service of the service staff (Claire Ma). After I checked in, she was even more considerate and helped me carry the heavy package to the door of the room. Having such good service staff is a treasure of the hotel and deserves praise!

This trip was for business, and I rushed back to the hotel to check out at 12pm. Because I was in a hurry and wanted to take a shower and leave first, I called the switchboard and contacted a manager, Ms Judy Chan, and asked for a late checkout. She was very attentive and helped me delay to 1pm, and also asked me if I needed anything. This service attitude is worthy of praise.
