If you travel to Gangwon-do, you may have seen a hotel with a ship on top of a mountain. That is the Sun Cruise Hotel that I will introduce to you🌊⛴ Sun Cruise consists of two buildings, the existing Sun Cruise Hotel and Beach Cruise, which added an infinity pool room. When I searched, I found out that Sun Cruise doesn't have a pool🥲 So I stayed at the Beach Cruise Private Infinity Pool Villa🩵 I didn't know when I went, but when I went, it was a place that was selected as a unique accommodation that CNN introduced as a must-visit place in the world, and it was so famous that many foreign tourists visit👍🏻 In addition, there were more than one or two spots where you can take a picture of your life with the wide blue sea in the background..📷💦 A cozy breakfast at an observatory with an endless view of the sea..!!🥹💕 I only missed the emerald sea overseas. I loved the accommodation, but I was also very satisfied with the theme park around Sun Cruise. There is also the famous Stairway to Heaven in the sculpture park, which is a photo spot, so if you visit there, be sure to climb the stairs and take a picture! The theme park is free for guests, and you can visit it by paying the admission fee even if you are not staying at the hotel.

It's a hotel, but it has an infinity pool villa that you can enjoy privately even in the winter with a heated pool! The new building of the Jeongdongjin Sun Cruise Hotel Beach Cruise has a pool villa, so it was really good for a winter vacation. The roofed private pool villa costs extra, but I think it was better than the infinity pool villa! Even though I visited in December, the water was quite warm, so it was okay to swim in the morning and evening for 2 nights and 3 days! The pool is small, but it's quite deep, so it was good for adults to play💙 There are 2 double beds, a jacuzzi, a table, etc. in the room itself. It was so spacious, open, and comfortable that it was really nice. I ordered chicken through room service while swimming during the day... Honestly, I wouldn't recommend staying in a room😂 The assorted sashimi package that guests get a discount on at a fish restaurant is okay! It's a ship-shaped hotel, and even if you don't stay there, you can pay an entrance fee and walk along the trail outside. The two-handed sculpture looks great at sunrise. Jeongdongjin is a beautiful beach located about 1.5 hours east of Seoul by train. Having fun on the beach is great, but if you want to take a break, Sun Cruise Hotel is the place for you. Staying at a hotel is nice, but even if you don't stay you can still enjoy the pool and gardens for around 350 USD (2024). The garden has a great view out to sea.
