One day, I discovered this sushi restaurant run by a Japanese chef. The lunch sets are very affordable, so my colleagues and I decided to give it a try. We each ordered a set. The chawanmushi in the Masa Sushi Set is very smooth with a hint of bonito flavor. The salad with Japanese-style dressing is slightly sour and very appetizing. The seaweed soup udon looks simple but has a chewy texture, definitely not like Hong Kong-style udon. The sushi 🍣 includes 9 pieces. Sitting at the sushi bar, you can watch the chef make the sushi fresh to order. The sushi rice is neither too loose nor too firm, with thick slices of sashimi on top. My favorites were the scallop and sea urchin, both fresh and sweet. The Unagi Don Set comes with miso soup instead of udon. The eel is thick and plentiful, grilled to a fragrant finish with tender meat and a sweet and salty sauce. The rice is Japanese rice, which has a chewy texture. This Japanese restaurant can be said to be the number one good taste in the area, there is always a wait for a table during lunch, today specifically on my birthday to try fresh Japanese sashimi, sushi. When we got to the storefront, it was only 12:18pm and we had to wait for a table and lined up for a second table. When I entered the store, I realized that I could make reservations by phone. The atmosphere in the shop is quiet, you can hear the sound of cutlery touching, the environment is decorated in light colors, white, seating is divided into bar tables and cafeterias. The restaurant states that the sashimi is airlifted fresh daily and has limited seasonal dishes from time to time due to the selection of fresh ingredients.
