High quality Japanese restaurant in Aberdeen
This Japanese restaurant can be said to be the number one good taste in the area, there is always a wait for a table during lunch, today specifically on my birthday to try fresh Japanese sashimi, sushi. When we got to the storefront, it was only 12:18pm and we had to wait for a table and lined up for a second table. When I entered the store, I realized that I could make reservations by phone.
The atmosphere in the shop is quiet, you can hear the sound of cutlery touching, the environment is decorated in light colors, white, seating is divided into bar tables and cafeterias.
The restaurant states that the sashimi is airlifted fresh daily and has limited seasonal dishes from time to time due to the selection of fresh ingredients.
Lunch set prices range from $100-$220, with a service charge. Today I chose the special government sushi set meal, with sushi 🍣, tea bowl steamed rice, bean curd soup, salad 🥗, another $ 50, 6 pieces of sashimi, personally think the scallops are very fresh, the seaweed is very fresh, a little sweet, but certainly not as fresh as in Japan. I have to mention that I have never liked eating ginger, but the ginger slices in this restaurant are slightly sweet and only have a little ginger flavor, so I ended up eating them. My friend chose another lunch set, set meal, which felt very tasty😋
