It is a food where meat is made into long sticks like Turkish köfte kebab and eaten with oven bread. Adding kaymak is a must here. Unlike Turkish kaymak, it is salty, but you can taste the cheese flavor, and it is very delicious when you dip the cebapi meat in it and wrap it in chewy oven bread! It is so rich and addictive. Here in the tunnel of hope, you can experience walking the tunnel for around 25 meters. #mountainhike Feeling active and you happen to be in Bosnia? Hiking to the Sarajevo Viewpoint can be your next awesome trekking adventure! The trail starts just outside the city (better take bus to the trail head) and the trail takes you through BEAUTIFUL hills in the city. It’s a little steep, but the path is popular and short, so it's easy to follow. It took me about 60 mins to get to the top!) As you hike, you’ll see amazing views of Sarajevo and the surrounding mountains. Once you reach the viewpoint, I am sure that you’ll be blown away by the stunning panorama of the city below! It’s a perfect spot to take photos and enjoy a snack. The fresh air and nature… This is just a fun escape from the city hustle. If you’re ever in Bosnia or Sarajevo, add hiking to the Sarajevo Viewpoint as your must-do list!

The scenery was breathtaking, with lush green forests and picturesque villages dotting the landscape. But the real thrill was speeding down the snowy slopes on a sled, feeling the rush of the winter Olympics. The experience was exhilarating, and I felt like an Olympic athlete for a day! If you climb up the Yellow Fortress, also known as the Sarajevo Viewpoint, you can enjoy a beautiful sunset along with the view of Sarajevo City. Even though it was midsummer in late August, the weather was chilly in the evening and the sun set around 7:30!! As the sun set, the entire sky turned orange, which was a spectacular sight. If you're traveling to Sarajevo, be sure to enjoy the sunset at the Yellow Fortress ❤️
