#TravelChat Tonkotsu Ramen Hakata Furyu is a popular ramen restaurant among both tourists and locals. They have several branches. We ate at the Ueno branch, which was just a short walk from the station. First, we went to the vending machine where we ordered. The menu and prices were clearly displayed. Then, we paid and waited in line. Since it's a small restaurant, there were only a few tables at the bar where you can watch the ramen being made fresh, and only two smaller tables. When it was our turn, the staff escorted us to our seats and brought our order. As for the taste, I have to say, just tasting the soup was amazing! It was incredibly flavorful and rich. The noodles were also excellent, with just the right amount of chewiness and softness. Overall, it was delicious and the price was good, too. #Japan

Matcha Stand, a matcha shop located in Tsukiji Fish Market, offers both hot and cold matcha drinks and ice cream. You order and they'll call you to pick up your order. We ordered a single shot matcha latte, which was incredibly delicious. Ikebukuro: I believe that newcomers to Tokyo might be wondering where to stay in Tokyo. Today, we'd like to recommend the Ikebukuro area. After staying there, we can say that this area is very good! 📌 First point: This area has direct buses or trains to popular tourist attractions outside of Tokyo, such as Kawaguchiko, Disneyland/DisneySea, Kamakura, or even convenient travel to and from Narita Airport. No need to change trains or buses. 🚌 : Bus to Kawaguchiko : About 2,000 yen, stops near Sunshine City 🚎 : Bus to Disneyland / DisneySea : 1,000 yen 🚞 : Train to Kamakura : Shonan-Shinjuku line about 1,000 yen 🚗 : Bus to the airport : About 2,000 yen (The bus to Disney and the airport stops at the same place, at Ikebukuro Nishi-guchi Park) 🚟 : The train to travel within the city is also convenient, with a direct line to Tokyo Tower, Asakusa, Ueno, Shinjuku, Shibuya, Ginza 📌 Second point: In the youth district, there is the Sunshine City building for many activities, including an aquarium, observation desk, gachapon machine, and famous food shops. Shopping is also convenient. 📌 Third point: Most of the accommodations are inexpensive. My friends and I stayed at House Ikebukuro for 6 nights, which cost around 6,000 baht per person. The place was nice and clean, and could comfortably accommodate three people. Other accommodations we've looked at are also reasonably priced. If they see you're a foreigner, they'll signal you. Don't skip our turn. Spoons and chopsticks are provided right in front of your seat. Drinks are self-serve. The advantage of this restaurant is its affordable prices. It's a ramen restaurant that also serves rice. The taste is average, but the portions are generous. I'm a big fan of special in-flight meals. 💁🏻 By registering in advance, you can change from the regular in-flight meal to this one for free, so it's recommended for those with allergies, those who don't like in-flight meals, or those who are tired of regular meals. 🍒 I've compiled a list of JAL and ANA's special in-flight meals, so I hope it's helpful. ✨ [JAL Edition] Photo 1 (top). Fruit Meal (Southeast Asia to Japan) - Plenty of rare Southeast Asian fruits. Dragon fruit, dried fruit, and more keep you feeling exotic from start to finish. 🥭 Photo 2. Fruit Meal (Japan to Southeast Asia) - Melon, pineapple, grapes, apple (cut into rabbit-shaped pieces), kiwi, banana, and more. Light and just the right amount for an overnight flight. It might be a little small for a lunchtime flight. Photo 3. Seafood (Southeast Asia to Japan) - This luxurious meal includes salad, boiled fish, omelet, mushrooms, fruit, and even dessert. Key Points💡 - Special in-flight meals can be requested in advance on both JAL and ANA's official websites. - If a standard in-flight meal comes with ice cream like Häagen-Dazs, passengers ordering a special meal may not receive it! Ameyokocho is a great place to stay. It's very convenient for food, clothing, housing, transportation, and entertainment. It's close to Ueno JR Station and Okachimachi Station. There's also the Okachimachi Yoshiike Main Store right outside of Okachimachi Station. The building is a shopping complex with the incredibly popular Uniqlo and GU stores. Nearby are tons of delicious snacks and a wealth of drugstore/snack shops where you can get a tax refund on purchases over 5,000 yen. It's easy to break the bank here! 🤣😭🤣 🎗️Must-try: 🏆Tonkazu Yamaya Fried Tonkatsu: This place is always packed. The air conditioning on the first floor is super strong, but the second floor doesn't seem to have any, so you need to use a small fan while eating. This affordable pork cutlet is worth a try. Visiting Teamlab Museum in Toyosu for the first time was an unforgettable experience. Even though I had pre-purchased a QR code ticket, I still had to queue for entry. On a busy Saturday, the wait was about 30 minutes before the introduction and official entry. To summarize: it's an absolutely magical art experience filled with surprises at every turn❗ The exhibition is divided into three main areas: Water, Garden, and Forest. For the Water area, you need to remove your shoes and socks, store them in a locker, and take the key. The water adventure begins, and it's super fun! First, you pass through a series of water streams, which is just the initial experience. Then, you immerse yourself in deeper water with fish swimming around. There are plenty of artistic photo opportunities, with lighting effects that are incredibly lifelike. Taking photos here requires quick reflexes, as the colors change every second, ensuring you never capture the same image twice. The Garden area is perfect for girls to take elegant and aesthetic photos. There's also a room with large balloons where you can toss them around with friends or partners while the colors continuously change—capture these moments quickly to preserve the memories. The Forest area is breathtaking, featuring both forest and underwater scenes. You'll encounter deer, elephants, sharks, sea lions, and many other animals you can imagine. Taking photos by the cascading waterfall is particularly memorable😘🥰 🎀 Warm Tips: 1️⃣ Since many areas have mirrors, avoid wearing skirts. For the Water area, wear clothes suitable for water activities to prevent getting wet and missing out on photo opportunities in the Garden and Forest areas. However, staff provide towels to dry your feet every time you leave the water area, which is very thoughtful. 2️⃣ There is no time limit, so if you want to savor the Teamlab experience leisurely, you can stay as long as you like😆. 3️⃣ As the museum is a tourist spot, prices are inevitably higher than outside. I opted to have ramen in Toyosu for lunch. My reservation was at 11:30 AM, and I finished the exhibition around 2:15 PM.

Arriving at Sensoji Temple, or Asakusa Temple, I immediately took a smoke bath to bring good fortune to myself. After making a wish, I went upstairs and shook the fortune sticks. Before shaking, I put in 100 JPY, which is about 24 baht. The prediction I received was so amazing! I almost screamed. It was both a question and a wish. It was 100% accurate. Today's decision was a winner. This challenge, walking from Asakusa (Kaminarimon) to Tokyo Skytree, was completely worth it. The walk alone offered clear shots of the Skytree from numerous angles. We passed Sumida Park and the Asahi Beer Building—the one with the golden clouds! The Asahi Beer Building is undoubtedly a new landmark in Asakusa. Finally, we passed Azumabashi Bridge, which was also a great place to take photos! ❗ Tokyo Skytree, also known as Tokyo Skytree, was scheduled for 5:00 PM. As we waited, more and more people gathered around the window railings. Sunset fell between 6:20 and 30 PM, and we captured the vibrant clouds and sunset. The crowds were huge. Everyone was holding their cameras and phones to capture the beautiful sunset, until the moon appeared in the evening. 🌙 In the evening, we took the Ginza Line G to Honjo-Azumabashi Station to take photos of Tokyo Skytree.
