Sometimes it's the little things that matters when it comes to hotels, especially luxury hotels. The architecture and design is spectacular, but there's a lot of ware and tear. The in-room water decoration and jacuzzi system had residues developing on them showing inconsistent cleaning. The staff seriously needs more training, they are well intentioned but clearly not well trained. We were told that dining in room is fine, then told by the restaurant staff that they want us to only dine in the dining hall, which was really loud. Then there's the spa, which had a really skilled masseuse but the routine is what you can get in any massage parlour outside a five star hotel. We were shoved into a room changing room that had no door, and weren't informed where things were. It's new year and we didn't want to raise issues, but they can't seriously expect brand trust and value for money feeling out of services like this. #travel #familytravel #poolhotel

The atmosphere of the accommodation is shady, lots of trees. Walking into the lobby, the decoration is similar to being in the Maldives. There is a golf cart to take you to the villa. The rooms are separated according to the style of each villa. We stayed in a villa with a lake view. The room in front is a lake or a pond, not sure, but the color is quite green. You can't swim in it. 😅 There is a bathtub next to the bedroom and there is a door from the bathroom to the balcony in front of the room. Walking around in the private villa is fun. 😁 As for breakfast, there is a table service in front of the bedroom. The taste of the food is good. Safe and secure from the entrance.. (Because the officer will ask for the name of the person who booked and call to check with the receptionist before entering.) Here, there are 2 zones of rooms, clearly divided into corners. That is The Jungle and The Lake villa (very private) There is a swimming pool that is 99 meters long (according to the resort's information) It can be said that it is the highlight of this place because we can swim while watching the mountain view, the Kwai River, hear the sound of birds, and enjoy nature to the fullest. Or you can ride a bike around the resort, go to the gym, and have fun as you like. There is a restaurant that serves many dinner menus.
