Osaka Travel Review 💖✨
Hello everyone~ Today, Boom is going to share my Osaka travel experience! Let me tell you, Osaka is such a charming city. If you love Japan with a relaxed, chill vibe, delicious food, and a bright atmosphere, you’ll definitely fall in love with this place 🐰🎀
⸻
Day 1: Arriving in Osaka! 🎉
Landing at Kansai Airport in the morning, I was super excited because this was my first time visiting Japan on my own, not with a tour group. Just the thought of it made my heart race! After clearing immigration, I followed the signs to board the JR Kansai Airport Rapid Service train to Osaka city, which took about 50 minutes. Along the way, I peeked out the window at the Japanese-style buildings, which were so clean and orderly.
Arriving at Namba Station, I dragged my suitcase to the hotel I had booked near Dotonbori. It was a small, adorable hotel that felt like stepping into an anime. The location was super convenient, just a 5-minute walk to Dotonbori.

Starting the trip with food at Dotonbori 🍡🥢
My favorite part was trying the hot, fragrant, soft takoyaki with fresh octopus, sweet sauce, and a hint of mayonnaise. It was so delicious I couldn’t stop eating! Walking along Dotonbori Street, you’ll find countless restaurants, from ramen shops to sushi places and cute Japanese desserts. The colorful neon lights reflecting on the canal made the atmosphere incredibly romantic. I sat by the canal eating takoyaki while snapping photos of the famous Glico sign. If you visit Osaka, you absolutely have to strike a pose here!

Day 2: Universal Studios Japan! 🎢🎮
This was the most exciting day because I got to visit USJ, a fun-filled destination for all ages. Walking in felt like stepping into a vibrant cartoon world. My favorite part was “Super Nintendo World,” where you can actually play with Mario! I walked through pipes, entered the mushroom house, and even played coin-collecting games via an app. It felt like being inside a real game! The rides were amazing, especially the Harry Potter one, which made me feel like I was flying on a broomstick. Before leaving, I bought some adorable Minion-shaped snacks and took photos with the cutest mascots 🧙♂️🦉
⸻
Day 3: Kuromon Market & Osaka Castle 🏯🍣
This morning, I strolled through Kuromon Market, known as Osaka’s kitchen. There were fresh sashimi, giant oysters, and overflowing sushi that you must try! I sampled various Japanese sweets and cute snacks as I walked around. After filling up, I headed to Osaka Castle, a majestic and beautiful landmark. Climbing to the top of the castle to view Osaka from above was such a thrill. The surrounding area was a lush green park with trees and flowers, perfect for taking photos.
⸻
Day 4: A day trip to Kyoto ⛩️🌸
Just a 30-minute train ride from Osaka brought me to Kyoto, a city rich in culture and nature. I started at Fushimi Inari Shrine, famous for its thousands of red torii gates. I walked leisurely through the gates and even saw a young maiko in a colorful kimono passing by, giving off a traditional Japanese vibe. In the evening, I returned to Osaka and stopped by a famous ramen shop near the station. The large bowl of ramen was perfectly seasoned, and eating hot ramen on a chilly day was pure bliss.
⸻
Day 5: Shopping & cute cafes 🛍️🍰
Today was a chill day. I wandered around Shinsaibashi, Osaka’s trendy shopping district, popping in and out of cosmetic stores, souvenir shops, and cute clothing boutiques. I found an adorable cat-shaped hair clip and bought it as a keepsake. I also visited a pastel-colored cafe and ordered a sakura latte in a pinkish-purple hue. Sipping it while jotting down my trip memories in a diary felt so serene, like being in a charming storybook.
⸻
Last day: Saying goodbye to Osaka with a smile 😊💕
Before leaving, I took another photo with the Glico sign, striking a cute pose with a big smile, knowing this trip was filled with wonderful memories. Osaka made me feel so warm and happy. Thank you for all the delicious meals, beautiful places, and kind-hearted people. I’ll cherish these memories and will definitely return!
