Afternoon tea at the sea view in West Kowloon, Hong Kong | Japanese desserts are so beautiful
After shopping in Tsim Sha Tsui, I headed towards Elements and had afternoon tea at the W Hotel with my bestie.
As soon as you step into WOOBAR, you will be shocked by the floor-to-ceiling glass! Outside the window is the Victoria Harbour view, with the M+ Museum in full view, and the sun shining on the DJ console with the W logo. It is a "super chill check-in spot in Kowloon" that local hipsters love to go to!
This time, we unlocked the "Spring Fukuoka Strawberry Festival" afternoon tea, and the strawberry dessert 🍓 directly hit the hearts of girls 💘! There are a few that I particularly like!
💗Hokkaido scallop tuna tartar
The scallops are super sweet and paired with tartar sauce, which has a refreshing taste
💗Kandy cheese ham puff pastry box
Crisp to the point of falling apart~Rich cheese and milk flavor mixed with smoked ham, the salty and fragrant layering is bursting
**Dessert** is the highlight!
💗Caramel pudding mille-feuille parfait
Dig in with one spoon, and you’ll get crispy skin + dense pudding + strawberry pulp, a triple layer of taste that will make you feel so happy!
💗Strawberry mousse Uji matcha sandwich biscuits
The outer layer is sweet strawberry chocolate, the inner layer is slightly bitter and sweet with matcha, and paired with strawberry cream sauce, it is sweet and full of happiness.
💜English muffins
Spread homemade strawberry jam, the sweet and sour fruity aroma is paired with silky cream, and drink the included Ruinart Brut Rosé pink champagne🥂 with a rose gold luster. The light berry aroma goes well with desserts, just right!
Enjoy afternoon tea in the beautiful scenery of West Kowloon, and watch the sunset dye the sea red while feeling tipsy. It's like a scene from an idol drama! Love it!
