Desert Hills Outlets is one of my favorite places to shop when I want variety and a little bit retail adventure. There are so many different stores to explore, from luxury brands to everyday favorites and I always seem to find something I didn't know I needed. It is easy to spend a few hours wandering from shop to shop, and the deals make it even more satisfying. With endless, endless discounts from 50% up to 70%. This shopping outlet is an excellent stop for a day trip that combines retail therapy with adventure and entertainment. My wife and I joined the Grand Canyon West Rim Bus Tour with Optional Skywalk and Free Wi-Fi, and it was fantastic. Gia, our tour guide, was incredible—she provided excellent information and made the experience so much fun. I opted for the helicopter ride to the base of the Canyon and enjoyed a boat ride on the Colorado River, which was absolutely thrilling. The views of the Grand Canyon were stunning. We also visited the Joshua Tree reserve and made a stop at the Hoover Dam before crossing it. We had an amazing time. Big thanks to Gia!

One of the coolest parts of Joshua Tree National Park is around Barker Dam, where the desert landscape suddenly feels completely different. 🌵🏜️ 🪨 Barker Dam Built in the early 1900s to store water for cattle and mining, the small reservoir is surrounded by huge granite boulders and Joshua trees. When there’s water, the reflections against the rocks can be beautiful. 💧 🥾 Barker Dam Trail The short loop trail takes you through classic Joshua Tree scenery — massive boulders, twisted Joshua trees and open desert. Keep your eyes open for bighorn sheep, jackrabbits, coyotes and desert birds. 🐏🐇 🪨 The rocks are the real attraction This area is packed with enormous granite formations that look almost randomly scattered across the desert.
