Arriving to Santa Maria Di Leuca is not an easy task, especially from Greece. After a direct flight with Volotea from Athens to Bari, the nearest big airport, it’s still very far away. A 40 minute bus ride to the train station and from there a 2-hour train journey and 1.30 hour bus are needed, but it was more than worthy of the journey.
The breathtaking views of the pristine blue water, the shades of purple, red and orange are just as incredible in real life too!!!
