1 day with Thanon Song Wat, eating, traveling, taking photos
#One-day trip plan
1 day with Song Wat Road
Address - Song Wat Road, Chakkrawat Subdistrict, Samphanthawong District, Bangkok
Getting there - You can take the MRT subway and get off at Wat Mangkon Station, then walk through Yaowarat Road, then enter Yaowaphanit Alley, walk straight ahead and you will find Song Wat Road. Or if you bring your own car, I recommend parking on Song Wat Road, which is a private parking lot. There are many places where I parked. The shop I parked at was opposite Song Viet Add Song Wat. The parking fee is 40 baht per hour.
For 1 day with Song Wat Road, I will not recommend any famous shops.
1. Ruen Klang Nuea Restaurant is a true beef noodle shop. It has its own unique identity, whether it is the decoration of the shop or the food. Inside the shop, there are about 10-15 tables. The beef noodle soup is very delicious. The dry beef noodles have a well-rounded taste. The soup smells very beefy. In addition, opposite the shop, there is another branch that has just opened called Pork Refinery Shop
2. Gu Long Bao Ancient Steamed Buns (Song Wat branch) is a shop selling steamed buns and dumplings, traditional recipes. Steamed buns come in many flavors: white sesame, black sesame, red pork, minced pork, both small and large. They also have steamed buns, various herbal drinks, and the shop's specialty is baked steamed buns, all of which are delicious.
3. A cool photo spot at the entrance to the Ko Chai Issahak Mosque (Wat Ko Mosque). The mural art is at the entrance to the mosque and on the wall of the Gu Long Bao shop. It is a steamed bun. This is another place that people like to take photos.
4. A photo spot before the entrance to MAHAPHO RIVERVIEW (Bodhi tree by the river). This is different from other spots because it has old-style stickers and papers advertising various things from the past attached to the walls. This is another corner where you can take beautiful photos. There will also be painted letters next to it.
5. The side walls of the Chang parking lot
The Chang parking lot is a private parking lot, but what catches the eye are the pictures painted on both sides of the building in the parking lot. Huge and colorful, anyone who dreams of it must stop and take a picture because it is a high angle.
6. Pink wall, art on the side of the building
Pink wall is a spot that people like to take pictures of. It is located near Wat Pathum Khongkha, which is uniquely outstanding. We have received information that this picture will change according to different festivals or important times.
7. Choch@SongWat, a craft cocoa shop
It is a shop that specializes in cocoa drinks. It is a newly opened shop. The shop is decorated on the outside as an old building, but the inside is a modern style mixed together. For those who like cocoa, I highly recommend it. There are many flavors and varieties to choose from.
