I've visited this hotel many times over the years, and the friendly welcome from both staff and management has always been consistent. It's in a fantastic location, impeccably clean, and very well-maintained. Stayed in a premium room overlooking the marina, which was lovely. Breakfast offers a wide selection, including fruit, cereal, yogurt, meats, cheese, freshly cooked omelets or eggs the way you want, and much more—plus excellent coffee. The bar food is fantastic; I especially enjoyed the club sandwich, which is large enough for two. Special thanks to Joyce, Deeley, and Siead for making Martyn's birthday special by singing "Happy Birthday" and offering drinks and snacks on the sun terrace. The hotel is quiet at night, ensuring a great night's sleep. Also, a big thank you to reception for their helpfulness. It would be nice if food were served later at night. Ideal spot for walking to the cathedral and other attractions, plus a Hop On bus stop is close by. The hotel is modern, comfortable, and features balconies with fantastic views of the harbor and city. The breakfast buffet is ample and tasty. A+ experience overall.

Attraction Catamarans hosted a pre-wedding party for our son, his fiancée, and our family and friends, and it was an absolutely fabulous day. The trip was incredible, the staff were outstanding, and nothing was too much trouble for them. Thank you to everyone involved.

Flew to Palma on Monday and stayed three days at the Mirador. Took the A1 bus and walked to the hotel, which was very convenient. The location is fantastic, especially the marina. Breakfast was excellent, and the view from the balcony was stunning. The staff were friendly. The room was basic without a safe or kettle, but it was fine overall. We stayed on level 6 and loved the rooftop pool area. Explored Cala Major and nearby beaches easily with buses costing just 2 euros each. Overall, very satisfied!

I stayed at this hotel for one night due to an early flight the next morning. The trip from my hotel room to the airport took only about 20 minutes, even allowing time to grab a coffee before boarding. The taxi ride itself was just 5 minutes but cost €20, which I thought was pricey. The hotel’s reception staff were friendly and welcoming. Although it’s set slightly back from the beachfront promenade, it’s less than a 5-minute walk to reach the beach. The room wasn’t very large but was comfortable and had all the essentials. I enjoyed staying in a sea-view room, which made the experience even more pleasant. The pool area was clean and well maintained, featuring a pool bar and a snack wagon for guests. Overall, the hotel is an excellent choice for travelers who don’t need to stay directly on the beachfront but still want good service, cozy accommodations, and fair pricing.

Breakfast was on a 4-star level. The rooms were clean, though the hotel is a bit dated, which is noticeable in places but wasn’t bothersome for us. The pool was fantastic, partly because it’s 2 meters deep in some sections. However, the opening hours—10 AM to 6 PM—were slightly inconvenient. The location is in the second row, with a short walk to the beach. Bus stops for lines 23/25 are a 5-minute walk away, as are two large supermarkets. Plenty of free parking is available around the hotel. One note: we wouldn’t book transport from the organizer again, as it’s really close by and not disruptive, with a nearby airport bus stop as well.

The hotel enjoys a great location, just a 15-minute walk from a small beach and a few shops in Cala Major. It offers a shuttle bus approximately every hour to Palma Nova, while a bus stop to Palma is only a 2-minute walk away, with tickets costing 2 euros and buses running every 20-30 minutes. The food is of good quality, and the all-inclusive package includes a variety of ice creams. Though the pool bar can have short queues during the day, they’re manageable and not longer than 10 minutes. The rooms, while on the smaller side, are clean and comfortable. There’s an abundance of sun loungers available, even during midday, eliminating any need for early towel reserving. Evening entertainment isn’t top-tier, but as it’s not a priority for me, I didn’t mind.

My wife and I spent three nights at this hotel and absolutely loved every aspect of it. - The staff were lovely, cheerful, helpful, and always accommodating. This includes everyone—the reception desk team, cleaning/room service staff, restaurant and bar servers, as well as the swimming pool attendants. A special mention goes to Chrysoula at reception, who was extremely friendly and welcoming. - Our room was lovely, equipped with everything we needed, and the sea view was simply breathtaking. - Breakfast was outstanding, offering a huge variety of delicious, high-quality food. - The location was perfect, with direct beach access, a 10-minute drive from the airport, 20 minutes from the old town, and a convenient bus stop right outside the hotel. I won’t even consider other hotels the next time I visit Majorca.

Perfect location, close to a supermarket, bus stop, beach, and various restaurants. The hotel had a wonderful atmosphere, and the staff was both friendly and helpful. The rooms were of decent standard, and the bathroom was clean and fresh. Breakfast was included in our price and definitely worth the extra cost, offering good variety with daily changing themes along with regular items like pizza, pasta, and plenty of vegetables. It was our first time here, but certainly not the last. Fantastic value for the price!

We are repeat guests of the Iberostar chain, not just for their hotels but also for their exceptional staff, and once again, they did not disappoint. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted warmly by the head of reception, Fabrizio, and the smiling, professional, and attentive reception team, especially Carla. Our room was impeccably prepared by the housekeeping team, with special attention from Maria, the housekeeper. The deputy director, Carlos, ensured all our needs were met. The staff at the bars and restaurants provided impeccable service, and the hotel's fantastic facilities—spa, rooftop pool, gym—added to the experience. We will definitely return. Better than expected! The accommodation was exceptionally clean, modern, and spacious. The staff were very friendly and always happy to assist. The location was ideal for us—quiet yet just a short stroll to Cala Mor. It seems to be a new resort with sleek, modern buildings near the beach and no towering high-rises. The food was outstanding with a variety to suit everyone, changing daily. However, we didn't enjoy the Taverna and preferred sticking with the buffet for our meals. Entertainment was decent, though it was the first week of the season. The only downside was the limited adult daytime activities.

I was very pleasantly surprised by how nice this hotel turned out to be. We visited in mid-May, so it felt less crowded. The hotel was clean, and the staff were very friendly, especially the bar staff Marta and Africa. The food at the pool bar was tasty and reasonably priced. Drinks were a great deal—2 euros for coffee or soft drinks, 3.5 euros for wine, and 4 euros for sangria. The rooms were lovely and came with small balconies. Breakfast was excellent. Although the outdoor pools were cold since they hadn't warmed up yet, the indoor pool was quite nice. I even enjoyed a spa treatment, which was fantastic. Overall, it's a high-quality hotel for the price.

This 4-star beachfront hotel surpassed expectations in every way. Its perfect location on the seafront offered stunning ocean views. The facilities were excellent, featuring a ground-level pool and jacuzzis, along with a gorgeous rooftop pool on the 8th floor boasting incredible views. Rooms were clean, functional, and comfortable, with balconies facing the sea that were perfect for relaxing and enjoying the scenery. Service throughout was outstanding. The staff was consistently friendly, professional, and welcoming. Reception was excellent, with two standout receptionists: a warm and multilingual Greek lady, and a kind, efficient young receptionist who ensured a smooth stay. Housekeeping was impeccable, adding thoughtful touches like chocolates and flowers on the bed. Restaurant service was equally exceptional—discreet, professional, and attentive, with Pepe offering gentleman-like service that enhanced dining. Special thanks to Carolina (Caro), the fitness and activities instructor, whose positive energy brightened each day with yoga, aqua gym, Zumba, Pilates, and more. We stayed at this hotel over Easter for six nights, and it was a fantastic experience. From the moment we arrived to when we departed, everything was flawless. It has an excellent location—just 10 minutes from the airport and right across the road from the beach. We had a sea view, and the room was spacious and lovely. The staff were all very friendly and professional, especially Suanny at reception, who went above and beyond to assist us throughout our stay. Both breakfast and dinner were excellent, with a great variety of options every day. I highly recommend this hotel!

My partner and I spent Easter holidays here and had an exceptional experience celebrating his birthday while taking a much-needed break. Opting for the half-board package, we were thrilled with the variety and quality of the food, especially the themed dinners. Fish night and Asian food night were particular highlights! Our room had a breathtaking view of the sea and sunsets, enhancing the overall ambiance of our holiday. The staff across the board were outstanding! The reception team, especially Thais, provided fantastic assistance. At the spa, Cristina and Paula were incredible, and after visiting twice, we felt truly rejuvenated. Cristina, the manager, also went above and beyond to make our stay extra special. 😘🍾 Dining was always delightful thanks to the warm and welcoming Pepe and Pablo. The unique contributions from all team members made our stay exceptional, even behind-the-scenes staff like cleaning and kitchen! The entertainment was polished and energetic; we attended almost all the evening events during our six-night stay. Had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel. From the warm welcome to the friendly greetings at breakfast each morning, nothing has been too much trouble. The daily entertainment and the helpful staff at the bar added to the experience. On our final morning, we enjoyed a delightful facial from Paula at the spa, which was a perfect way to end the trip. Even with cloudy skies and wet weather, our spirits remained high thanks to the sunny dispositions of every staff member we encountered.

Just returned from a 5-day break on a half-board basis. We were kindly upgraded to a complimentary sun terrace room, which was greatly appreciated. The staff were approachable and friendly, while the food was fantastic with plenty of options. Daytime activities included painting classes and sangria making, while evening entertainment was diverse. Sunbeds were readily available throughout the day. All in all, I highly recommend this outstanding adult-only hotel located right on the beach.

We had an incredible stay at Iberostar Bahia de Palma, where everything exceeded expectations. The staff were exceptionally kind, attentive, and always ready to assist, making us feel well cared for throughout our visit. A special shoutout to Pablo and Pepe from the restaurant team, who welcomed us warmly and provided exemplary service from the start. The food was fantastic, offering a fresh and diverse selection daily with half-board, and dishes were consistently replenished. Even arriving at 8:30 pm, close to closing time, we were impressed by how nothing was lacking. Our room was flawless, complemented by excellent housekeeping services. The one suggestion we would make is to heat the pool and spa pools, as the water was too cold for us to use them. While the spa area is gorgeous, having heated pools would make it enjoyable even during cooler days. Overall, our experience was fantastic, and we’d gladly return in the future!

The walk from the public bus stop is only 600 meters but is entirely uphill or involves steps. Be sure to walk past the entrance to get tickets. The hop-on-hop-off bus conveniently stops directly at the ticket booth.
