#falladventures #Prague #OldTownSquare #JanHusMemorial #PragueHistory #TravelInPrague #EuropeTrip #CityExploration Jan Hus Statue at Prague’s Old Town Square is truly captivating when covered in snow. Standing there in the cold winter air, the entire square felt quiet and reflective, and the snow resting on the monument made it look almost timeless. The statue is massive in presence — you can feel the weight of history simply by walking around it. The monument honors Jan Hus, a Czech religious reformer from the 15th century who spoke up against corruption in the church long before the Protestant Reformation. His ideas were considered revolutionary at the time, and he was eventually executed for his beliefs. Because of that, he became a symbol of Czech national pride, courage, and the fight for truth. Seeing the statue surrounded by snow, with the gothic and baroque buildings of the square as the backdrop, made the whole moment feel peaceful yet powerful — like history frozen in time. Big Pot Seafood Hot Pot Restaurant Address: 12/F, Chuang's London Plaza, 219 Nathan Road, Jordan Tel: 21162106 ===================== Eating out in Hong Kong is incredibly expensive. Sometimes I overdo it with a la carte and end up over budget by the time I get to the bill. So sometimes I go to all-you-can-eat restaurants, where I can eat as much as I want without wasting food and staying within my budget. The all-you-can-eat hot pot costs $228 per person and lasts two hours, which is quite a bit more than the 60-minute time limit at many restaurants. The preserved egg and coriander soup is delicious and fragrant. The hot pot has a wide selection of ingredients, from basic beef, pork, and chicken to meatballs, seafood, and vegetables. Seafood options like croaker and croaker are particularly special. The hand-wrapped chive dumplings and meatballs are both delicious. Spicy Duck Blood and Pork Tripe Free-flow soda, refrigerator available A pleasant and relaxing 2-hour meal
