Favourite Trip of 2023 - Venice
Venice has got to be one of my favourite trips of 2023. It was my first time in Venice and I fell in love with this charming, rustic and romantic water town. The architecture was unique, love the many bridges running through the water town and the majestic grand canal. It was so soothing and peaceful for me to be cruising through Venice in the water buses (Vaporettos) though the waters was always busy and bustling. November is a good time to visit Venice with lesser crowds. Love the amazing gelatos and fresh seafood I had in Venice.
2023 Venice was great and I hope to explore new amazing destinations in 2024 with Trip.com, my preferred travel partner (app) that I always go to when planning my next place of travel!

Santa coming to Oslo 🎄😍
#christmastrip
My experience at the Christmas Market in Oslo was a winter wonderland for me! 🎄 Located in Spykersuppa Square in the heart of the Norwegian capital, the location of the market is no less glamorous outside the Royal Palace Oslo City Hall
The highlight was the many stalls, each offering a variety of festive crafts, traditional Norwegian desserts and holiday treats for Gløgg (mulled wine) and the scent of roasted almonds filled the air filled, making it pleasantly inviting and creating an atmosphere.
Surrounded by twinkling lights and decorated with a towering Christmas tree, the central ice rink was the heart of the market. Skating with the Palace in the background added a bit of magic to the experience.
While exploring nearby attractions, Akershus Castle and the Acre Brigge waterfront offered a seamless mix of historic and modern charm. The picturesque streets of the Karl Johannes Gate made for a lovely leisurely walk, especially the town decorated with festive lights
Essentially, the Oslo Christmas Market is a Nordic delight, offering the perfect blend of tradition, holiday cheer and warm Norwegian hospitality for Its central location, festive highlights and proximity to Oslo’s cultural gems make it a holiday an interesting place. 🇳🇴❄️🏰 #christmas #snow #Santa #oslo #norway

Mountain and Sea
Bergen is a lovely town in Norway that’s known for the sea surrounding it as well as the mountains.
Head to the old part of town to have a nice cinnamon roll along with a cup of coffee before exploring the colorful wooden houses that line the harbor.
You can then head to the fish market for some fresh seafood and a famous seafood soup.
afterwards, what I find one the main highlights of the city, you can take the cute little funicular to the top of the mountain to get a lovely bird’s eye view of the city. if you’re keen, you can also hike the surrounding areas to truly enjoy nature.
Bergen is an easy and compact city to visit! You have a great mix of nice city life while being only minutes away from the lovely Nordic nature.

A day in Oslo Sentrum.
Being able to witness Oslo pride is such a privilege. I’m truly grateful for the love and support of the Norwegians for the LGBT 🏳️🌈 community. People were so kind and loving 🥰. The community vibe was full of inspiration and vibrant. I got to check the National Theater which was my highlight of today’s visit. If you happen to have a sneak peak of Sentrum don’t forget to take a chance to see the Sentrum park. It’s beautifully peaceful and it designed for both children and adults. 😍 #mytripvlog #oslobattractions #oslo #norway #europe

Beautiful Norway in May
Went to north west part of Norway to a small place called Surnadal in May this year. Since it was still snow just around 100 meters above sea level, the air and temperature was fresh and very clear. On the pictures you can see parts of one of Norway’s many beautiful fjords which actually is sea and not a lake. Surnadal Municipality is in More and Romsdal county and lies by Hamnesfjord. I can highly recommend visiting these areas In Norway if you want to experience beautiful nature, clean and fresh air in addition to quiet and relaxed atmosphere.#fjord #freshair #beautifulnature #norway #snow #norwayfjord
Beautiful town - Bergen, Norway!
It was such a pleasant tour to visit this coastal town. The town centre has a lot of historical buildings and many things to see. Bergen is the heaven for nature lovers! I went hiking there to 3 of the mountains and all very amazing, though there were two days which were kinda cloudy and rained a little. The view was best during sunny days. People there are extremely nice and friendly! I’m in love with such friendliness and cheap seafood!

Memorable Valentine's Day Trip to Oslo, Norway
Last Valentine's Day, my boyfriend surprised me a trip to Oslo, Norway. This was my first time to go on a cruise and also, I have always wanted to visit Norway so I was ecstatic! I was literally dancing from happiness. 💃
We boarded the DFDS Pearl Seaways from Copenhagen to Oslo at around 2 pm. It was a 19 hour sail so we arrived in Oslo around 11 am. It wasn't really boring at the ship because there were activities you can do like shopping, hanging out in the bars, enjoying food at the buffet restaurant, etc.
When we arrived in Oslo, we went straight to a cafe to get some hot coffee because it was freezing cold, then we spent roughly 5 hours walking around the city. We visited a cathedral (which I forgot the name), Oslo Opera House, saw the "fist and rose", stopped by a mall, etc, then headed back to the ship to sail back to Copenhagen.
It was a quick trip but very memorable. I will definitely go back to see more of Norway next time.

The fortress itself has a great location and can be walked to from the city centre .it includes a number or artillery museums but all were closed when we visited .The fortress itself is free to enter and walk around. The views across the Oslofjord are spectacular and worth the visit alone .#oslo #norway

Hug a Walrus in Narvik
#tripblazers #awesomepic #norway
I visited the Arctic Circle in winter time when Narvik has only 2 hours of daylight bookended by two hours of what the locals call ‘blue light’. We went to visit the dock here just a blue light time was ended and saw the most amazing sunset. The colours against the water and the snow are magnificent. Whilst you’re there, see if you can spot a red telephone box and the bronze walrus!
