Amazing beach hotel experience in Cyprus
#freehotelstay
Manolya Resort Hotel is located in the Labta region of Cyprus and is located on the seafront. There are nice restaurants around, and you can also have your meal in the hotel.
The hotel is extremely quiet, peaceful, the pool is well-kept and clean, and the staff is very friendly. The sea is also quite beautiful, whether you swim in the sea or in the pool.
The rooms are very clean, the room we stayed in was two-storey, there are 2 single beds on the upper floor, and a sofa and a bathroom on the lower floor. You can have your breakfast as an open buffet, with a wide variety of options, accompanied by a sea view.
Everything was perfect, it was a very nice hotel in terms of price performance. I will stay in here again and again in the future.

Mediterranean Paradise - Larnaca 🏝️
Beautiful beaches, colourful skies, good food, not crowded and most importantly the locals here is friendly. I have travelled to few other places and I personally rated Larnaca as my top 5 place I would revisit. I only got to spend one night there and I regretted cause I should’ve stayed for at least 3-4 night there.
I reached there in the afternoon, and it’s bit warm even in December but its bit chilly after 7pm. I walked around the neighbourhood area and yes its safe for solo female travellers. Sunset view in Larnaca is majestic and you can see plane landing from Mackenzie or Finikoudes beach- almost beat Oia, Santorini sunset in my opinion.
For cat lover, Larnaca is a cat haven. You can see cats roaming around the island and it’s cute. You may bring some treats with you cause some of the cats is quite approachable and friendly.

Nicosia🇨🇾 The Historical and Modern Capital
Nicosia, the capital of Cyprus, is a fascinating city that seamlessly blends its rich history with modern-day life. Its old town is a maze of narrow streets, traditional houses and stunning landmarks.
Despite its ancient roots, Nicosia is a dynamic and modern city, with a buzzing nightlife, an array of shopping opportunities, and a diverse culinary scene that showcases both traditional Cypriot cuisine and international flavors.
Nicosia is a perfect balance between honoring its past and embracing its future.

📍 Sea Caves, Ayia Napa, Cyprus
My favorite spot in Ayia Napa, stunning natural landmark.
Legend says that the caves were used by pirates and smugglers of the Mediterranean to hide their treasures. &
If you're planning to visit this place make sure that you came in the morning or in the evening to enjoy sunrise/sunset and the magical view 🌊

Explore UNESCO World Heritage Sites in Cyprus
The Archaeological Park of Kato Pafos (Paphos) is one of the most important archaeological sites in Cyprus. Since 1980, it has been included in the list of UNESCO World Heritage Sites. It is important to note that Paphos was the capital city of Cyprus between 2nd Century BC and 4th Century AD. The park is extremely huge and the entrance fee (€4.50) is truly worth the money and time!
My favourite site is the Villa House of Aion with its marvellous and most detailed mosaics on display, dating from 4th Century BC to the Middle Ages. There are also other Houses with even more mosaics for you to admire. Remember to enjoy the site at your own pace using a self-guided tour.

Checkinaway (@checkinawayblog) Perfect sunset dinner in Paphos
When I’m on holiday, I love to bask in the sun whilst sipping on a cold beverage whilst soaking up some sun and delicious food!
Well, the pictures do not do this place justice! I was nervous to go there at first given some of the reviews I saw online with people commenting on disappointing food and service. BUT, for my visit everything was great - service was good and attentive and food was delicious!
MOST of all was enjoying the sunset in Paphos!

Hotel in Paphos
#eurotrip #summervacation #hotel
For this holiday we chose to stay in an all inclusive, beachfront hotel: Leonardo Plaza Cypria Maris Beach Hotel & Spa.
The hotel itself was great, with good service and great amenities including pool/ beach bar, jacuzzi, spa, sunbeds and parasols at the beach and a number of restaurants to choose from.
One thing to mention is that this is an adult only hotel – no kiddos allowed. The hotel also features some VIP villas (very few though) and a few swim up rooms if that’s what floats your boat! If you are going with kids, you might want to choose the adjacent sister hotel Leonardo Cypria Bay and benefit from the services both hotels offer.
Although not our style of hotel initially (as we do like more village style hotels) we still went for this as in Paphos these type of hotels are more prevalent.

#eurotrip to #paphos in #cyprus
Paphos, pronounced /ˈpæfɒs/ (Greek: Πάφος [ˈpafos]; Turkish: Baf) is a coastal city in southwest Cyprus and the capital of Paphos District. In antiquity, there were 2 Paphos: Old Paphos, today known as Kouklia and New Paphos. New Paphos became the old town ruins by the marina which we will explore later on.
The city has no more than 36 000 inhabitants and a history that dates back to 300 B.C.. Paphos and Cyprus in general have changed hands over the course of its history many times.
From when the early Greek settlers arrived through to French aristocrats, Venetians, Turks and later on the British. Today the city is part of the independent nation of Cyprus although unification with Greece (enosis) remains a taboo topic.
Paphos is a tourist destination with the season stretching from March till October as temperatures don’t really go down. Some say winter is also good to come as you enjoy temperatures on average of 15° C.
The beaches in the Paphos area aren’t necessarily sandy like we’ve described in our Dominican Republic and Mexican trips. This doesn’t mean there isn’t sand either however entering the water can be a bit tricky given the rocky coastline.
Having said all of these, the coast line is filled with hotels that offer tourists a much needed retreat from today’s ever busy and congested world.

Checkinaway (@checkinawayblog) Cyprus the jewel of the eastern Mediterranea
Cyprus is a jewel of the eastern Mediterranean. This country has historical, mythical and cultural destinations: visitors can visit various archaeological sites or opt for other outdoor activities such as annual festivals, hiking, water sports and places of interest to see in Chipe. One place that, despite being small, has gained a lot of notoriety is Cyprus. Famous for its beauty since ancient times, this country is famous all over the world.
The best local beach if you want to get away from the resort and get back to nature, Konnos has a narrow semi-circle of sparkling white sands and crystal clear waters. This bay is surrounded by long rocky spurs that help protect the beach from prevailing currents and winds. Yachts often dock in the bay and these shallows are perfect for snorkeling and swimming.
Facilities are a bit more sparse than Ayia Napa's resort beaches, but you can still hire jet skis here or grab a bite to eat at the beachside bars.

Nicosia, also known as Lefkosia, is the divided capital city of Cyprus. South of the border, on the Greek side, the Cyprus Museum has archaeological finds from the Neolithic to Byzantine periods, including the Aphrodite of Soloi statue#Lefkosa #cyprus

This is the holiday town if Agia Napa or Ayia Napa located in the Famagusta area of #cyprus . On the pictures you will see the famous Nissi Beach right in the center of Ayia Napa. It is a nicen place with an micro island with 1 rock which you can reach walking because the sea is not deeper than 50cm. The water is super nice here and also the weather is amazing during 8-9 months in the year.

#limassol located on the island of #cyprus is known as the very southern town of the European Union (excluding the overseas territories of the country in the union). The city is very green and there are many churches and also stunning beaches. It is very hot during the summer so the sea is very good. Also in the winter the weather is enjoyable even not good for swimming in the sea.
