Appetizers
Crispy Smoked Pomfret
I'm not a big fan of sweet flavors, but the crispiness of the pomfret combined with the secret light sweet sauce is a perfect fusion! As a full-score appetizer, you know this restaurant is the right choice.
Marinated Drunken Giant Prawns
How to describe this appetizer? The prawns marinated in wine for at least one night, paired with the restaurant's ambiance, couldn't be more appropriate.

A Popular Barbecue Restaurant with No Empty Seats
On my first visit to the barbecue restaurant in Mong Kok, I had to wait for a table even on a weekday evening! Who says the food and beverage industry in Hong Kong is dead? The quality of the food is the guarantee that keeps customers coming back. Having previously visited the Central branch and being very satisfied, I decided to try the Mong Kok branch this time. Judging by the crowd, I believe I won't be disappointed.
Mentaiko Chicken Leg Meat $28
The chicken leg meat was grilled to perfection, tender and juicy. The salty and savory mentaiko further enhanced the fresh taste of the chicken.
Salt Grilled Chicken Cartilage $16
Salt grilled chicken cartilage is an item I must order, and it did not disappoint, crispy and delicious.
Beef Short Ribs $42
The beef short ribs were a surprise! Not greasy at all, the meat was still tender and flavorful even when cooked well-done, so we ordered more!
Garlic Grilled Razor Clams $52
A must-order recommendation! The razor clams were quite large, and with garlic and green onions, they were savory and delicious.
Mentaiko Rice Ball $38
When served, the seaweed did not wrap the rice ball. Allowing the customer to wrap it themselves keeps the seaweed from getting soggy, staying crispy and delicious.
Sweet Milk Butter Bun $18
I was worried that the bread would become dry and hard after grilling, but to my surprise, it was still soft and fluffy! The charred edges of the bread with condensed milk and butter were fragrant, sweet, and satisfying with the starch.
Salt Grilled Chinese Broccoli Heads $18
Chinese broccoli heads are not a common item, with a sweet and crisp texture. Simply grilled with salt, they are original in flavor and refreshingly de-greasing.
Indeed, I was not disappointed. In addition to the quality of the food, the attentive service was also admirable. It is indeed worth revisiting.

Mysterious Chef's Teppanyaki in Jordan
Came to have teppanyaki with friends, and this place offers different price ranges starting from $388. We ordered the Entry-Level Chef's Special Set ($588) and the Seasonal Chef's Special Set ($788), which come with five and seven dishes respectively.
Signature Salad
The first dish served was the smoked salmon salad, with the savory smoked salmon wrapped around the greens, presenting a beautiful appearance.
Appetizer
The seven-dish set started with an appetizer of Japanese Ran-ou egg white with truffle sauce and fish roe. The rich egg flavor, fragrant white truffle, and fresh fish roe make for an ultimate combination.
Teppanyaki Seafood Duo
The chef prepares the teppanyaki right in front of us. Today, the chef made the following four seafood dishes for us, thoughtfully accompanied by butterfly pea flower sea salt foam:
- South African abalone: The abalone is springy and paired with the chef's secret garlic sauce, making it fresh and savory.
- Scallops with Italian cucumber: The scallops are pan-seared to just the right doneness, tender and juicy.
- Tiger prawns: The springy tiger prawns are served with a sauce made from hand-beaten prawn heads, preserving the original flavor.
- White eel: The eel's skin is pan-fried to a delicious crisp, while the flesh remains tender. A touch of shichimi powder and bamboo charcoal sea salt further enhances the eel's natural flavor.
Australian Beef Tenderloin
Each set includes a meat dish, and we chose the Australian beef tenderloin. The tenderloin is pan-fried to medium-rare, with a rich meaty flavor that can be enjoyed with fried garlic slices and bamboo charcoal salt.
Miyagi Prefecture Thick-Cut Black Pork Chop
Another option we chose was the black pork chop. The thick-cut pork is tender and not chewy at all, served with a very special spicy pineapple sauce that has a hint of pineapple fragrance and a satisfying spicy kick.
Seafood Fried Rice
Both sets come with seafood fried rice, which is fragrant and well-fried, topped with a prawn. The seven-dish set's fried rice is further upgraded with soy-marinated salmon roe, enhancing the umami taste.
Chrysanthemum Tofu with White Miso Soup
The seven-dish set also includes white miso soup, which is sweeter than regular miso soup. The finely sliced tofu showcases the chef's impressive knife skills.
Dessert of the Day
For dessert, there are yuzu sorbet and purple sweet potato ice cream, both topped with molecular gastronomy popping red beans, adding texture. The yuzu sorbet is refreshingly light, while the purple sweet potato ice cream is sweet and creamy.
Gekkeikan The Shot Rich Junmai $84
The restaurant's sake collection is quite extensive, with various types of sake. We ordered a bottle of junmai sake to enjoy with our meal.

Shenzhen's Hidden Gem | Luxurious Teochew-style Omakase
When friends come from afar, I specifically searched for a quiet and upscale Teochew cuisine restaurant; the restaurant specializes in private dining with luxurious and elegant decor, understated opulence ✨
Each private room has its own name, and from entering the restaurant to being seated, making tea, and serving dishes, the same waiter is responsible for the entire process, providing exclusive and attentive service. Now, each room is equipped with a private restroom, offering extreme privacy!
▫️Crispy Cauliflower
Cauliflower marinated with chili, the taste is sour and spicy, appetizing.
▪️Teochew-style Deboned Goose Feet
The marinade is mildly fragrant, with a moderate saltiness.
▫️Teochew-style Frozen Pomfret with Caviar Sauce
The pomfret is tender and smooth, paired with salty caviar sauce.
▪️Sour Soup Sturgeon Tendon
Sturgeon fish is rich in collagen, a big favorite among ladies ❤️ The texture is crisp and bouncy, served with a sour and spicy broth that is very tempting. The waiter suggests adding a few drops of litsea oil to enhance the flavor, making it taste somewhat like Thai Tom Yum soup base.
▫️Seaweed and Minced Meat Steamed Crab with Roe
Handmade minced meat patty topped with crab roe and meat, each bite is fresh and delicate, and the patty absorbs the flavor of the crab meat, making it even more juicy and tempting.
▪️Bean Paste Braised Beef
The beef is rich and the bean noodles are somewhat like glass noodles, with a smoky and resilient texture, and a high sauce retention.
▫️Vintage Pickled Vegetable Congee
Using pickled vegetables aged over twenty years to cook the congee, the rice and water are distinct, the grains are intact and have texture, combined with the sweet and salty pickled vegetables, the overall taste is fresh and delicious.
▪️Stir-fried Seasonal Vegetables
A Teochew pairing with congee is stir-fried amaranth, which is fresh, tender, and smooth, with an appearance and texture somewhat like sweet potato leaves.
▫️Spicy Home-style Tofu
The texture is slightly spicy, with a good bite.
A luxurious high-end restaurant, combining Teochew and Cantonese cuisine, each dish is exquisitely delicious; the restaurant can customize private menus, and the taste is also close to that of Hong Kong people, making it an excellent choice for hosting guests ❤️
Super Chill Thai Restaurant in Hong Kong.
🪄Environment
Both indoor and outdoor seating are plentiful, with the outdoor area beautifully decorated, perfect for photo ops, featuring swings, pumpkin carriages, cherry blossoms, etc. The interior is colorfully decorated, complete with claw machines, and has VIP rooms suitable for gatherings. The hygiene in the restrooms is average.
🍴Food
There is a variety of Thai dishes and skewers, with good flavors and mid-to-high prices. There are rechargeable card discounts, and after 9:30 pm, skewers are 15% off. There is a barbecue stove outside the entrance for immediate grilling upon ordering.
🚗Parking
No matter how much you spend, free parking is available, with about 6-7 parking spaces at the entrance.
Wan Chai High-Quality Korean Beef Set Meal Experience
When my friend wanted to eat premium quality beef barbecue, the first place that came to mind was this high-end Korean barbecue restaurant. On Saturday and Sunday evenings, you can enjoy the 'Korean Beef Gourmet Tasting Experience' set meal ($720@), which allows you to taste five rare cuts of Korean beef in one go. The chef will introduce the different cuts of beef on the spot and slice it right in front of you. Then, there will be someone to help you grill it, which is simply a luxurious treat.
Today's Selected Korean Drinks
The set includes a Korean drink, and after the staff's recommendation, we chose Red Monkey Makgeolli and Hondi Korean Citrus Wine. Red Monkey Makgeolli is brewed with red rice, which gives it a very special deep red color. It has an alcohol content of 10.8%, a rich taste, but is not as sweet as the usual makgeolli. The other citrus wine has an alcohol concentration of 12%, and its taste is relatively refreshing.
Korean Appetizers
Of course, Korean meals are not complete without Korean appetizers. Here, they have kimchi, radish, spinach, bean sprouts, and most of them can be refilled.
Rare Korean Beef Parts (5 Types)
The beef is very fresh, all sliced and grilled by the chef on the spot, and the portions are generous, perfect for us beef lovers. The beef can also be eaten wrapped in lettuce with ssamjang sauce, which makes it less greasy.
- Chuck Flap Tail: Located above the shoulder blade, the meat is rich in flavor and very tender.
- Shoulder Tender: The shoulder meat is closer to the head, relatively heavier in texture, with a subtle sweetness of the meat.
- Rib Finger: Located at the shoulder, tender and juicy, with a rich beef flavor.
- Prime Short Rib: Taken from the first to the sixth rib of the chuck, with a moderate distribution of fat, the meat is very tender.
- Zabuton: The part near the rib at the back of the shoulder, with beautifully marbled fat, and a mouthful of fatty aroma when eaten.
Korean Snack Platter
The snack platter includes fried items like fries and rice cakes.
Korean Beef Fat Rice
After eating the beef, there's this very delicious beef fat rice, made with beef fat and garlic, with a perfect moisture level, and a strong buttery and garlicky aroma.
Honey Ice Cream (+$38)
Finally, we had the honey soft serve ice cream, with sweet honey and smooth ice cream, which was very satisfying.

Must-Try Steamed Hotpot in Zhuhai.
The steamed seafood hotpot, named Yangjiang Renjia, is located inside the Huafa Shangdu at Shizimen. Free parking is available. That evening, we ordered the hanging tender beef, which was rich in flavor, the Qingyuan chicken was fresh and smooth, and the oysters were plump and juicy. Additionally, you can pair it with porridge. After steaming, all the essence drips into the pot of porridge, making it absolutely delicious. The environment is also comfortable, with spacious seating and good service attitude.

Popular Seoul Influencer Spot - Dalmatian Restaurant
Located in Apgujeong, Seoul, Dalmatian (달마시안 압구정점) is an extremely popular influencer restaurant✨. It draws crowds for its stunning outdoor floral fountain and elegant European architectural design, making it a hotspot for photo ops⛲️🌺. Unfortunately, the weather was not good on the day of our visit, so we couldn't dine at the outdoor seats🥺. However, the interior decor is also quite attractive, with a stylish setup and Dalmatian motifs scattered throughout~🙈
🤍Grilled Shrimp Rose Pasta (₩27,500)
The shrimp are grilled to a delicious flavor✨. The sauce is rich, and the pasta holds it well🤤. The perfect blend of tomato sauce and cream creates a sweet and sour taste that isn't too heavy👍🏻.
🤍Dalmatian Kimchi Fried Rice (₩20,500)
The kimchi is fragrant and spicy, making for an appetizing dish🔥. Mixing in the egg yolk adds a delicious touch~😋.
🤍Crunch French Toast (₩21,000)
The French Toast, fried with coconut flakes, has a unique texture😍. It's crispy on the outside and soft on the inside🤤. Topped with strawberry sauce, blueberries, and cherries, and served with strawberries on the side🍒🫐🍓, it looks fantastic🫶🏻. Drizzling it with condensed milk is sinfully good! But after one piece, it feels quite filling🙈.
For drinks, we ordered Pure Chocolate Mocha Latte (₩9,000), Iced Americano (₩6,000), and Mojito (₩9,000)🙌🏻. We specifically chose drinks with cute dog patterns for the photo op, which were adorable!🐶

Unlimited Fish, Meat, Chicken Pot, Grilled Fish, and Hotpot Feast
For the Labor Day holiday, if you're not traveling abroad, find a good restaurant for a meal! Following a colleague's recommendation, I came to the Tsim Sha Tsui branch of Er Guo Tou to enjoy their unlimited time offer on fish, meat, grilled fish, chicken pot, and hotpot buffet!
The self-service area has a variety of canned drinks, vegetables, fish balls, and ice cream bars, all for the taking.
This set allows you to eat as much as you want of Er Guo Tou's signature pots, including the flavorful chicken pot, rich black pepper pig's trotters pot, and flaming oxtail pot. We chose the oxtail pot!
For an additional $58, you can drink red and white wine as well as sparkling wine! Drinking wine with oxtail is one of life's pleasures!
When the oxtail pot is served, it's drizzled with rose dew, which smells amazing! The secret sauce is unbeatable, and the oxtail is cooked to perfection, making it an excellent dish to accompany rice! If it weren't for the desire to also try the grilled fish and side stove, I would definitely encore another pot!
For the grilled fish, we chose the spicy soup base. Once the big pot is brought to the table and starts boiling, it's ready to eat! We picked sea bass, which has a firm texture but is still tender and smooth, and importantly, it has few bones, so every bite is full of meat! The two of us enjoyed eating grilled fish and drinking wine to ease the spiciness, which was very satisfying!
After finishing the fish, we were about 70% full, but since it's all-you-can-eat, of course, we had to try the side stove!
First of all, the yin-yang pot doesn't cost extra, which is really rare!! Most restaurants outside charge extra for a yin-yang pot.
One side is pepper pig's stomach chicken, and the other is Sichuan pepper spicy duck blood. The soup base is rich and flavorful, not disappointing at all. I didn't need to order soy sauce.
The hotpot ingredients come in small portions, so you can order a little of each. Must-try meats include beef shank, lamb, pork, and fresh beef. Additionally, scallops, pig intestines, crispy grass carp belly, baby squid, clams, and fresh shrimp are all worth trying.
We also ordered several snacks, such as spicy fish skin, snail meat, spicy chicken feet, etc., all of which were quite good! The vegetables were fresh, and it was great to drink wine while enjoying the hotpot, very relaxing and delicious, with the key point being unlimited time to eat! For just over 300 Hong Kong dollars, I couldn't have been more satisfied even if I went back to Shenzhen.
Finally, with a full belly, we finished with ice cream, daifuku, and cream puffs, which left us super full. This all-you-can-eat deal is really cost-effective and worth it, especially for group gatherings where there's no need to rush and everyone can leave satisfied!

Holiday, Take a Trip to 1936 for a Cup of Japanese Afternoon Tea
Near our guesthouse, you can walk through the historical Japanese streets of 1936 Shogunate 🏮🏮 All the historical relics of that era are preserved✨
You might have been to Japan five times this year, but I still haven't planned to go🤣
Another weekend has arrived🎑🎎 The streets are still very quiet✨
There are hardly any earthquakes now, but we still need to take it slow, who knows how many months it will be before people come😅
I thought it would be like other famous attractions in Hualien such as the Chingxiu Temple or the nearby Prosecutor General's Lodge, which have💰, but in reality, it's free. In the evening, I went for a walk in the riverside park, and you can just walk into it, the old Shogunate street inside has cultural and creative coffee shops☕ and the previous Meilun gourmet curry🍲, all traditional pure Japanese architectural designs🏠🏠🏠
You can also set up a tent⛺ to enjoy a leisurely afternoon, bring the kids for a happy holiday experience😍😍
Now there is a hotel being demolished next door, you have to detour to get here🚙🚙 Next week the road should be directly accessible to the downtown area without detours😎😍

Also one of Front Seoul's Signature Menus😏 The presentation is beautiful🤩 The latte is topped with plenty of cream, sesame seeds, and cookies, offering a rich texture✨ Those who like sweet coffee will definitely love it😍 However, it might be a bit too rich when paired with desserts🤏

Their coffee is a bit pricey🙈 But if you're having a dessert, it's recommended to choose a drink like an iced Americano, which is more suitable🤣

Modern and stylish steakhouse in Causeway Bay.
Last week was my first visit to The Grill Room in Causeway Bay. The interior is modern and chic, with simple geometric lines, spherical light fixtures, and a very eye-catching bar and liquor cabinet, highlighting its uniqueness and sophistication.
Pan-seared black cod with champagne cream sauce $398
A must-try recommendation! The black cod itself is rich in fish oil, and the skin is pan-seared to a golden crisp. Paired with the champagne cream sauce, it cuts through the richness and enhances the freshness. Delicious!
Braised tomato beef cheek with flat Italian pasta $258
The Italian pasta here is quite chewy, the beef cheek is tender, and most importantly, the tomato sauce is tangy, which I really like.
Salted Calamansi Highball $108
Made with a vodka base, plus homemade salted calamansi syrup and soda water, it tastes a bit like a salty lemon soda. Topped with dried passion fruit, it's very refreshing.
Smokey Passion $108
Based on Ballantine’s whiskey, complemented with fresh passion fruit and tequila syrup. The staff also sprays smoked whiskey on top, giving the drink a sweet and smoky flavor, with clear layers and a sense of ceremony.
I was quite satisfied with this dinner, especially the overall ambiance and mood of the place. I've seen many friends recommend their Semi-buffet lunch, and I hope to have the chance to try it next time.

Baan Thai in Western District: Authentic Thai Cuisine with a Must-Try Classic Appetizer Platter
On this visit to Baan Thai located in the Western District, the restaurant offers authentic Thai cuisine with a diverse menu. We ordered the stir-fried water spinach with chili, coconut green curry chicken, and the classic appetizer platter.
The stir-fried water spinach with chili is made with water spinach paired with chili strips and spices. The water spinach retains its crisp texture, while the chili strips add a hint of spiciness and aroma to the dish. The flavor is balanced, refreshing, and layered, making it an excellent appetizer.
The coconut green curry chicken is cooked with a rich blend of Thai spices and green curry, resulting in a curry that is creamy and aromatic, spicier than I imagined. The chicken is tender and juicy, perfectly complementing the flavors of the curry.
Finally, the classic appetizer platter is a must-try option. This platter includes four types of classic Thai appetizers—chicken satay skewers, spring rolls, fish cakes, and pandan chicken. The chicken satay skewers are tender and juicy, served with a spicy satay sauce that is incredibly delicious. The spring rolls are crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, while the fish cakes are fresh and chewy. The pandan chicken, with its fragrant pandan aroma, has a tender and fresh taste.

Central's Mojo Bistro: Buy One Get One Free Offer on Rich and Exquisite Dinner Sets
Located in Central, Mojo Bistro has launched a buy one get one free offer for their dinner sets. The dinner set includes an appetizer, soup, and a main course, with the option to add a dessert.
We started with the cheese scallops as an appetizer. The scallops were tender and juicy, paired with melted cheese, bringing a rich texture and intense flavor that was memorable with every bite.
Next, we chose the lobster soup and onion soup for our meal soups. The lobster soup was rich and fragrant, filled with the fresh taste of lobster. The onion soup had a strong onion aroma and was full of flavor.
For the main course, we chose the pan-seared Argentine red shrimp and blind monkfish fillets with lobster cream sauce and cherry tomato cheese risotto. The shrimp and fish fillets were cooked just right, maintaining the fresh and tender taste of the ingredients, complemented by the rich lobster cream sauce. The natural sweetness of the cherry tomatoes in the risotto blended perfectly with the rich cheese flavor, creating a rich layering of tastes and textures.
Finally, we ordered the signature tiramisu for dessert. The unique feature of this tiramisu is that it's encased in a sugar shell, which diners can crack open with a small spoon to enjoy. This unique method adds an element of fun and surprise, and the tiramisu itself is rich and sweet, fully satisfying our craving for sweets.

【Mong Kok】Liao Cup Cup: A Rich and Creamy Purple Glutinous Yam Milk Tea.
My friend has been highly recommending Liao Cup Cup, a beverage shop, but with only two branches in Hong Kong, located in Sha Tin and Mong Kok, I never had the chance to try it. This time, while visiting Langham Place in Mong Kok, I tasted the purple glutinous yam milk tea that my friend recommended.
This drink combines a variety of unique textures and flavors, making it a favorite for those who love innovative beverages. Its base is a rich milk tea paired with fresh purple yam paste and oats. The aromatic richness of the milk tea and the creamy purple yam paste come together to create a uniquely sweet and full-bodied texture. The addition of oats adds layers to the drink's texture.
The beverage also includes milk mochi and grass jelly, with the softness and elasticity of the milk mochi adding a chewy dimension to the drink for a richer texture experience. The cool and refreshing grass jelly balances the richness of the milk tea and the sweetness of the purple yam paste, making the whole drink smoother and more balanced.
Perhaps due to the abundance of toppings, even though I ordered less sugar, I still found the drink a bit too sweet. If you don't like it too sweet, you should probably opt for no sugar, as the various toppings already have a certain level of sweetness.

Tsim Sha Tsui - Ah Him Thai: A Unique and Authentic Thai Culinary Experience
On this visit, we went to Ah Him Thai located in the K11 Art Mall. The restaurant specializes in Thai cuisine, and we ordered the Green Curry Grilled Chicken Baked Rice, Thai Drunken Minced Meat Stir-Fried with Fresh Rice Noodles, and two signature drinks—the Pandan Coconut Coffee and Thai Foam Milk Tea.
The Green Curry Grilled Chicken Baked Rice uses the classic Thai green curry as a seasoning, paired with grilled chicken and baked rice, creating a flavor that is both fresh and spicy. The chicken is tender and juicy, complemented by the rich green curry sauce, offering a complex texture. The baked rice absorbs the flavor of the green curry, making the dish even more delicious.
The Thai Drunken Minced Meat Stir-Fried with Fresh Rice Noodles uses fresh rice noodles as a base, combined with the spicy Thai drunken minced meat, resulting in a flavor that is both spicy and appetizing. The rice noodles are smooth and soft, paired with the aroma of the minced meat and the kick of the chili, providing a unique taste and flavor.
In addition to the main dishes, Ah Him Thai also offers some special drinks. We ordered the Pandan Coconut Coffee and Thai Foam Milk Tea. The Pandan Coconut Coffee combines the rich aroma of coffee with the fresh scent of pandan, creating a unique and captivating taste. The bitterness of the coffee and the sweet fragrance of coconut blend together, offering a distinctive balance and enjoyment.
The Thai Foam Milk Tea is a popular drink at the restaurant, with many customers ordering it. Ah Him Thai uses an authentic method to mix the rich aroma of tea with the fragrance of milk. The milk tea has a rich and delicate foam, with a smooth texture, and the combination of tea and milk fragrances is intoxicating.

🍽️Dinner: Specializing in oysters and Western cuisine, all oysters are air-flown to Hong Kong.
🦪Oysters (six pieces): Virginia $69/piece + Pacific $59/piece + La Lune No.1 $79/piece
Starting with the milder American oysters and moving on to the richer French oysters, 😘 with a strong sea flavor, each one is smooth and tender 😋, with a dense texture and no heavy metal taste, very fresh, just a few drops of lemon juice already highlight the sweetness 🤩.
🍅Tomato & Mozzarella 🧀Cheese $139
Drizzled with balsamic vinegar over red and yellow cherry tomatoes and cheese balls, the dish is appetizing 😍, not greasy, with a rich cheese flavor, simple and delicious 😘.
🐙 Roasted Octopus $169
Exquisitely presented, the octopus legs are crisp and chewy 🥳, perfectly seasoned with soy sauce, not too salty; served with cherry tomatoes as a side dish, in a modest portion.
🍄Truffle Mushroom Soup🥣 $89
Both soups have a rich flavor, but I personally prefer the truffle soup, with its intense aroma 🥰, and the taste of fresh mushrooms lingers in the mouth 😚, complemented by soft bread for a filling meal.
🦪Oyster Bisque🥣 $89
The bright yellow soup contains an oyster, also rich in oyster flavor 😋, with a smooth texture.
🐖Canadian Pork Chop $249
The pork chop is thick, and the restaurant uses charcoal grilling to lock in the juices, with a smoky aroma 😍, perfectly cooked 🤩, the sliced pork chop is juicy and tender 🤤, served with crisp green beans and mashed potatoes with potato chunks for added texture, and a rich buttery flavor!
🍰Tiramisu $89
Presented like a mini glass terrarium 🪴, it is soft and moist, with a hint of 🍾 alcohol and 🍫 chocolate flavor, with a sufficiently moist bottom layer.

Kaohsiung High-Quality Barbecue Restaurant - Tan Zuo Ma Li.
Due to a friend's birthday, I wanted to treat him to a meal when coming to Kaohsiung.
A high-end barbecue restaurant with very high online review scores!
You need to book over the phone a week in advance.
The environment is very elegant, like a high-end steakhouse, but it's actually a barbecue restaurant!
The place is spacious and the seating is very comfortable😌
We ordered the most expensive set meal, which was only 💸500 per person.
This set is unbeatably generous! Even beer comes with one large bottle per person😂
Not stingy at all!
The beef is so delicious and juicy🤩, and there's also free chicken soup to drink as much as you want~
My friends couldn't stop praising it😋. The experience here for this price is really great!
Will come again❤️
Shenzhen | High-Quality Japanese Cuisine at Reasonable Prices.
😍 Ambience
Right at the entrance, you can immediately feel the Japanese vibe, with a wooden design enhanced by greenery. The small restaurant has four chef positions and sixteen seats for customers. Due to the limited seating, it is recommended to make a reservation in advance. There is no place to put bags and other items; they can only be placed on the floor or behind the chairs.
The sashimi is made to order right at the counter, ensuring all ingredients are fresh.
😋 Highly Recommended Must-Try!!!

The upper floor is L-shaped, with drawings of One Piece on the windows of both bar counters. The staircase is decorated with neon lights, while the ground floor has bar tables and booths, with walls adorned with Food Ghost game drawings, and the space is not very large.
🤵🏻Service: Order with QR Code, no service charge added.
🍨Desserts: 🥭Mango Sago $50
😉This dessert is relatively light in flavor, with low sweetness, containing 🥭mango pulp, sago, tapioca balls, and 🥭mango pudding🍭. ☺️Overall, the ingredients are plentiful, but the portion is not large.
🥥Durian Coconut Delight $70 + Taro Balls $10
A small coconut shell filled with durian ice cream and tri-color coconut taro balls, topped with tapioca balls, containing durian flesh, sago, and steamed egg, every bite tastes of durian🤭, very rich in flavor🤤. Although the portion is not large, it is quite filling😆.
🍫Chocolate Lava Cake with Ice Cream $62
Choose two types of ice cream: 🥭mango and 🍪cookie, served with a hot chocolate lava cake. Pour and cut by yourself, the flowing chocolate sauce is very soothing🥰, with a moderate sweetness🫶🏼, the chocolate taste is rich but not bitter😋, and when combined with ice cream, it creates a sensation of hot and cold🤩.

【Yufuin】A Great Spring Destination! The Unique Charm of Lake Kinrinko.
Yufuin, also known as Yufu-in, is one of the must-visit attractions when touring Fukuoka. There are many coffee shops and teahouses in Yufuin, offering both savory and sweet foods, with many incredibly delicious and famous desserts! Another recommended dish is the garlic cheese grilled mushrooms, as well as the large crab sticks!
Among the many coffee shops, the most famous is the Snoopy Tea House, which is the first one in all of Japan! There's also the Miffy bakery, and the fairy-tale-like street YUFUIN FLORAL VILLAGE. As soon as you step through the entrance, it's like entering another dreamy world. Although the entire area is not large, the buildings are very cute, and each one has its own story, such as Kiki's Delivery Service, the owl, and the wandering swallow. In addition, there's animal feeding, but unfortunately, when we visited, the weather was bad or it was raining heavily, which was a pity as we could have taken even more beautiful photos!
Besides, Lake Kinrinko is the most famous tourist spot in Yufuin. The lake is fed by hot springs on the western bottom and by clear water on the eastern side. The temperature difference between the hot springs and the clear water creates a dreamy mist over the lake surface from autumn to winter in the early mornings.
Chill Barbecue and Skewers in Central
A friend invited me to meet at Old Lan, but as someone who doesn't drink much, I found this Chicago Skewer Bar that offers a variety of grilled skewers to eat. Here, they have everything from seafood, pork, beef, lamb, to vegetables, perfect for eating while drinking and chatting.
Chicago Logo Beer $93
A friend ordered a signature beer from here, topped with a slice of dried pineapple. The beer had a malty taste with a hint of pineapple, not bitter at all, and very smooth.
Signature Boneless Eel Skewers $58
We ordered two skewers; the eel was plump and tender, boneless, with a crispy skin.
Salt-Grilled Shishamo $32
The shishamo came in a serving of four, each grilled to a crispy perfection, very flavorful.
Garlic Grilled Fresh Abalone 3 pieces $82
The abalones were not very large but were fresh, with a sweet taste and a bouncy texture, and had a delicious buttery flavor.
Cheese Grilled Hiroshima Oysters $32@
The Hiroshima oysters were quite large, perfectly grilled to burst with juice, sweet and creamy, especially with the added cheese.
Garlic Cheese Half-Shell Scallops 2 pieces $60
The scallops were topped with a generous amount of cheese, very cheesy, with tender meat.
Smoked Wagyu Beef Tongue $38
The beef tongue was extremely tender, with a smoky flavor that was not too strong but very aromatic.
Premium Instant-Grilled Suckling Pig $68
Biting into it, you first taste the crispy skin, and the fat layer's oil had been rendered out, making it quite refreshing and sinfully good.
Cheese Black Truffle Large Brown Mushrooms $45
The large brown mushrooms were tender, topped with cheese, bacon, and black truffle sauce, very rich in flavor.
Signature Grilled Eggplant $42
The eggplant was very soft and flavorful with a garlic taste.
Grilled Pineapple $26
The pineapple was sweet and juicy, with a tangy and sweet flavor, very appetizing.
Additionally, we ordered:
Charcoal-Grilled Beef Rib Fingers $49
Grilled Sauce Premium Beef Neck $39

Personal Experience of Buffet Dinner at Park Ning Hotel.
I visited the Playt Cafe at Park Ning Hotel with my mother yesterday to enjoy the buffet dinner. This was my first time trying the buffet at this hotel. The place is very spacious and offers a variety of specialty foods, such as dim sum (siu mai, shrimp dumplings), frozen lobster, lobster claws, crispy suckling pig, butter-fried Alaskan king crab legs, and other types of food. Among the abundant food options, most of the dishes tasted good. The crispy suckling pig and frozen lobster are particularly recommendable because the pig skin is crispy, the pork flavor is rich and tender, making it very delicious. The frozen lobster is also refreshing and chewy, not too hard to bite into.
As for areas of improvement, I think the butter-fried Alaskan king crab legs need to be better seasoned as they were too salty, which overpowered the fresh taste of the crab meat. Aside from the aforementioned issue, the taste of most other foods was good, and the staff were friendly and polite. I hope to have the opportunity to visit this hotel again for the buffet.
Causeway Bay Japanese Takeaway Set Meal.
As someone who frequents Causeway Bay, my favorite thing to do is to try different foods there. While passing by Yee Wo Street in Causeway Bay with my son, we saw the big menu board at [ICHIJUISSAI] stating that soup can be added to the set meal. My son's eyes lit up at the sight of the French Lobster Bisque 😍, so we went for the Japanese-style set meal (main dish + side dish + white rice) and took it home to enjoy at our leisure!
French Lobster Bisque $49
Just by looking at the color of the soup and the rich lobster aroma, you can tell it's made with genuine ingredients. The bisque is smooth, with a strong lobster flavor, and it contains chunks of lobster meat in a generous portion.
Japanese-style Set Meal $60
🍴Side dish: Mentaiko Sauce Thick Omelette
Two slices of omelette with mentaiko sauce make a good appetizer.
🍴Main dish: Grilled Wagyu Burger Steak with Wild Mushroom Sauce
The wild mushroom sauce has a rich flavor that goes well with rice. The homemade Wagyu burger steak is thick and large, with a strong beef flavor, offering great value for money.
🍴Accompanying white rice +$20 for Hokkaido Crab Paste Crab Meat Miso Rice
Paying an extra $20 for this rice is truly worth it! The crab paste and crab meat are full of flavor, and the portion is quite generous!
Additionally, we ordered an extra side dish for $25: Spinach Pork Plum Mix.
With so many items ordered, it was enough for my son and me to have two servings, totaling $154 for the bill, which is quite a good deal!

Chiayi's Divine Afternoon Tea Desserts
Basic Information about the Restaurant
Address: No. 300-3, Minquan Road, Chiayi City 600
Business Hours:
13:00~19:00
Specialty cakes require a five-day advance order
Regarding the recent quality of cafes in Chiayi,
I really must commend them.
It feels like a little Tainan,
with exquisite small shops slowly rising.
I personally quite like the seats by the window,
reminiscent of scenes from movies,
the bustling streets
highlight the leisurely pace inside the cafe.
Chocolate Brownie
Don't be fooled by its small size,
it tastes very rich.
It uses 70% French chocolate,
and Canadian maple syrup,
as well as dry white brandy in its creation.
It's not overly sweet when you eat it.
The cakes here have it all - color, aroma, and taste!!
Super love
