#underratedspots Plushie lovers, stop scrolling — a brand-new MINISO Friends concept store just opened at Grand Station Mall, and it’s an aesthetic paradise. If you’re into Sanrio (Hello Kitty, Kuromi, Cinnamoroll), Loopy, Disney, or Chiikawa, this branch is a must-visit. What made it even better: the mall itself has this beautifully themed, train-station-inspired design, so I could browse rows of exclusive merch, blind boxes, and home decor without fighting weekend crowds. 🚂✨ Honestly didn’t expect a “hidden gem” experience from a MINISO, but here we are. Question for the group: which character collection do you go hardest for — Sanrio, Chiikawa, or something else? Curious what everyone’s hunting for these days. 👇 #minisofriends #grandstationmall #minisothailand #blindboxcollectibles #sanriolovers #bangkokhiddengems #cuteaesthetic #shoppingspree

I visited Sanrio Puroland in early June. It was my very first stop in Tokyo! I've loved Cinnamoroll since I was a kid (only to find out later that he's a boy 🤣). At almost 30, it was my first time visiting Sanrio Puroland. The truth is, the entire park is designed for kids. There are no thrilling rides, everything moves slowly, and the park isn't very big. But surprisingly, it made me, as an adult, slow down for the first time and truly take it all in 😌 (Unlike Disney, where you're usually exhausted from rushing between rides.) Once I slowed down, I actually found myself crying for no reason... Adulthood brings a lot of pressure. We silently bury many unhappy moments and grievances inside. But at Sanrio Puroland, You see so many innocent children and Sanrio characters. They run around happily, wave energetically, laugh out loud, and cheer. It reminds you that you used to be just like that, until something slowly changed along the way. Over time, you forgot that you can actually be yourself—laughing and crying out loud without caring what anyone thinks. I rediscovered a long-lost happiness inside Sanrio Puroland. And I know that even after leaving the park, I'll find other ways to keep it alive ❤️ Here are some of my favorite moments from the park: 1. Finally meeting Cinnamoroll! You can get a numbered ticket at the entrance to take photos with the characters. 2. The parade had an amazing vibe. With great music and a storyline, everyone was totally immersed. 3. I had Pochacco curry for lunch 🍛 It was incredibly delicious and so cute.

⏰February, Weekday Friday 👩🏻2 Adults, 1 Child 📍Location: Tama Center 🕰️Opening Hours: 9:00-18:00 💰Price per person: Varies by date, ¥2,800~¥5,900 · Free for children under 2, child price for ages 3-17 · Prices differ for Day Pass and Afternoon Pass (from 14:00). ⚠️Reservations must be made online in addition to the passport! ✏️Report & Strategy Arrived at 10:30 to avoid rush hour 🚃 Strollers are almost unusable inside Puroland & there are many stairs, so Put your coats and heavy luggage in the cashless lockers on the 3rd floor as soon as you arrive! (Strollers are only allowed on the 3rd and 4th floors / there is a storage area on the 3rd floor) Traveling light is the right choice 🙆◎ Since character greetings were our top priority, we accessed the ticket acquisition site immediately after entering the park! The cast members at the entrance are handing out QR codes for the website, so access it from there. One person checked in the stroller, and the other person handled the ticketing. Since you can only get one ticket per phone, I also held the other person's phone and was operating both phones simultaneously 😂 At 10:30 AM, only the 4:30 PM - 5:00 PM slot for Pompompurin & Pochacco was available 🥹 After getting Pochacco, I tried to get Purin with the other person's phone, but unfortunately, the slots were already closed…😭 Feeling disappointed, but miraculously, I managed to snag a cancellation for Cinnamon at 11 AM!😭✨ ⚠️ The ticket page cannot be reopened once closed! Don't forget to take a screenshot and bookmark the page! Regarding obtaining greeting tickets, on weekdays, 10:30 AM seems to be the absolute limit... Even then, only a few characters were left near closing time, so I think going first thing in the morning, even on weekdays, is the surest way to get a greeting ticket. On weekends, going first thing in the morning seems essential 🥹💭 For the Hello Kitty greeting, we purchased a paid pass. We were able to get in in 5 minutes 🎀 Since it was my child's first visit, we told the information center in front of the stroller parking area that it was their first visit and received a card to wear around their neck and character stickers! *You can also get these for birthdays, etc. They're very cute, so I recommend them 🩷 All the ride attractions had wait times of around 100 minutes, so we gave up on all of them 🫠 If you prioritize attractions, I recommend purchasing a paid pass, which can be bought at the ticket machines near the attractions! (However, these passes were all sold out by the afternoon. Since you can choose the time of use when purchasing, it's best to buy them early 👍) It gets incredibly crowded from 2 PM onwards with afternoon pass holders, so make sure you do everything you want and get your pass before then! The live-action photo booth on the 2nd floor, exclusive to Puroland, is highly recommended as you can download all photos and videos for free 📸✨ (This also gets crowded after 2 PM) 🍽Food Situation 1st Floor → Difficult to find a seat / Order lines are relatively short and quick Many main dishes suitable for lunch 4th Floor → Plenty of seating available / 40-minute wait for desserts This seems like a good place for a snack, with tapioca, parfaits, crepes, etc. They also have main dishes, though fewer than the 1st floor. 📒Summary Even on weekdays, it was quite crowded, so it's best to do some research on the official website and decide on your plan and how to get around! I learned that planning is crucial at Puroland 🥹 Also, you go up and down stairs so much that I was sore all over the next day 😭 Even though it's indoors, I personally felt it was more physically demanding than Disney. Lol Those visiting on vacation should keep that in mind! ⭐️Personally recommended if you're traveling with children⭐️ · Puroland-exclusive photo booth · Free receipt photo at the My Melody and Kuromi booths on the 4th floor · Buddy Eddy Wonderful (reservations required on-site) · Tell the information desk on the 3rd floor that it's your first visit and receive a sticker and card · Entertainment hall on the 1st floor · Game center and gacha machines on the 2nd floor · Purchase a paid pass (for each attraction, Kitty greeting) #DomesticTravel #SanrioPuroland #Puroland #AsiaTravel #TokyoTravel #PurolandGoods #Sanrio

Meet your favorite cute Sanrio characters! Sanrio Puroland is just about a 10-minute walk from Tama Center Station in Tokyo. The rainbow-themed building is absolutely adorable. At Sanrio Puroland, you can enjoy character greetings, watch parades, hop on rides, and grab a bite at the fun restaurants and cafes. Every corner of the park is perfectly picture-worthy, so you can capture plenty of memorable photos ◎ Since character greetings require reservations, I highly recommend booking a meet-and-greet with your favorite character as soon as you enter the park.

For our 5-day, 4-night Tokyo trip, we wanted to venture a bit further for one of the days, so we settled on a Mt. Fuji day tour. Since the price difference between JR train fares and a small group tour was only about $500 TWD, we chose the stress-free option, meeting at Tokyo Station at 9:00 AM. We visited Arakurayama Sengen Shrine, where I bought a goshuincho (pilgrimage book)—it's beautifully crafted and a great keepsake. A huge thank you to the "Goddess of Mt. Fuji" for showing up! The weather was perfect, and we took so many photos. Besides the local fruit, I highly recommend the freshly roasted red sweet potatoes. They are just as delicious as purple sweet potatoes but much larger. Next, we went to Oshino Hakkai. It feels like a collection of quaint, traditional ponds, but it was incredibly crowded—clearly a popular spot. I especially recommend the fish cakes at the shops; there are so many flavors! The two I tried were absolutely delicious and surprising. You definitely have to try them! 👍 We also made it to the legendary Mt. Fuji Lawson. The nearby streets were relatively quiet, which I really liked, and of course, we had to take the classic commemorative photo outside. Then we headed to Lake Kawaguchi. The scenery was stunning, and we took a 20-minute boat cruise around the lake. The ride was smooth and steady, but just a tip: you'll need to find a good spot on deck to capture those perfect wide-angle shots. There's also the famous cherry blossom path with Mt. Fuji in the background. Since they aren't in bloom right now, I’d love to come back another time to see the blossoms paired with the magnificent mountain view. Features: Breathtaking scenery and a rich itinerary Price per person: $1500 Rating: 100

I visited Puroland, the Sanrio character paradise! 🎀 From the moment I walked in, Hello Kitty, My Melody, and Cinnamon Roll greeted me, making it feel like I was in a fairytale. The parade was so cute, and the photo opportunities were so varied that I had a blast taking pictures. 📸 From the food at the character cafe to the shopping at the merchandise shop, I couldn't spend more than a day there. Especially if you go with friends, you'll be sure to take tons of pictures and create lasting memories! It's a place that makes both adults and children happy, so I highly recommend it👍 #Tokyo #Sanrio #Puroland #SanrioPuroland #SanrioCharacters #TokyoPlacesToVisit

Puroland is an indoor theme park themed around Sanrio. ⭐️Puroland Admission Ticket⭐️ The passport ticket costs around 5900 yen during Golden Week. Operating hours vary daily, so be sure to check the official website. ⭐️Travel Tips⭐️ The average wait time for attractions is 50 minutes, so if you plan to go on many rides, it's essential to arrive early. ✔️Since the entire park is indoors, it's a great place to visit on a rainy day during your Tokyo trip. ⭐️Souvenir Shop Tips⭐️ At the souvenir shop next to the entrance on the 3rd floor, you can customize a name tag with your desired hiragana or English characters, making it a great gift! 📍1 Chome-31 Ochiai, Tama, Tokyo 206-8588, Japan

#campingfun #100WaysOfTravel A fun camp for all children and also for those young at heart. This is Puroland camp in Tokyo dedicating to the Sanrio characters. Guests can buy daily entry pass or annual pass for unlimited entries. During summer, this special summer camp will be available for all guests, featuring all indoor camping activities. This indoor camping concept is really good as it is summer and the weather will be too hot to enjoy in the outdoor. So Puroland camp has converted their event hall for indoor camping, giving children more options for summer camp fun. #Japan #Tokyo #liveyourdreams #takethattrip

#IndoorThemePark The closest theme park is Tama Center Station. It is a four-story building with two rides. It is an indoor theme park with shows and parades as its main attractions. It is quite far from both the city center and Haneda Airport, so transportation is inconvenient, but it is an irresistible space for Sanrio fans. If you line up an hour or 45 minutes before, you can enter quite early. You can also purchase tickets that allow you to enter before the show starts, so if you don't want to line up, we recommend that. There is also something like a fast pass for the attractions, so if you purchase one, you can enter without lining up. The shows and parades are authentic, so it's a good idea to plan your schedule around them. #100TravelStyle

The biggest fun here is the cartoon stage shows and taking crazy photos. The main entrance is on the 3rd floor of the amusement park. As soon as you enter, you'll see Hello Kitty and other cartoon characters. The 1st and 2nd floors mainly have amusement facilities and performance venues. The 4th floor has restaurants and cafes. Generally, you don't need to queue much. I've been there twice, and the only place where you need to queue for a long time is the Sanrio Star Family Boat Ride. Additionally, my top recommendations are: 1️⃣ Hello Kitty Noh Theater I never expected my first experience with the Japanese cultural treasure of Noh theater would be in this form. The characters in the play are all Hello Kitty mascots, and the costumes are particularly exquisite! Unfortunately, you can't take photos. The theme of the play is Momotaro, and the actors are very professional. Even if you don't understand Japanese, you can instantly get into the atmosphere. 2️⃣ Parade The most exciting part should be the parade. People start sitting and waiting early, and the atmosphere is very lively. Transportation: Take the Keio Line from Shinjuku Station and get off at Tama Center Station. It's a 5-minute walk from there. Opening Hours: Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM ~ 5:00 PM Saturday, Sunday, and Holidays: 9:00 AM ~ 5:00 PM
