On the return flight, I was so focused on the food that I could hardly say I was looking forward to it more than anything, so I told the flight attendant about it and thoroughly enjoyed it 😋
After takeoff, as soon as the seatbelt signs were turned off, I started eating 🍽
I had pre-ordered the Western food (meat) from the Japanese, Western, and Western fish options.
The amuse-bouche consisted of four types of dishes: sesame cheese balls, crab meat salad topped with salmon roe, roast beef roll, and cheese pepper bar.
I can't drink alcohol, but ANA First is all about KRUG champagne, so I just took a picture of the bottle 😅

Next was the appetizer.
I ordered two, as the portions per dish were not that large☝️
- Green pea mousse with caviar
A true first class look😆
Moderately salty caviar with a touch of refreshing lemon juice
Put on a small piece of bread and enjoy.
I was very satisfied with the rare taste that is typical of first class!
- Capricorn brunch
The plump shrimp was very satisfying🦐
And the main dish.
The US prime beef fillet steak was served to my liking, and it was very tender and juicy👍
The truffle-flavored red wine sauce was not too strong and had a good balance, and while in-flight steaks can be quite hit or miss, this one was exceptionally delicious😊
I was full, but I had dessert at the end🍨
With petit fours and coffee.
I thoroughly enjoyed my first first class in-flight meal for about 2 hours✨
Of course, this wasn't the end, and the second meal started 3 hours before arrival😆
First, I wanted to try the ANA original curry🍛
I asked for less rice, but it was very filling.
It was filled with large cuts of beef and mushrooms, and was delicious and filling👍
Next, after consulting with the flight attendant, I chose what I wanted to eat from the a la carte menu as well as the Japanese menu that was in stock😋

Soup: Grilled swordfish
Sashimi: Seared yellowtail, seared squid, button shrimp yushimo
Small bowl: Eel and zaku
Hot dish: Beef loin in a small pot

Matcha (Itoen) and yokan
Are they serving something this good on a plane? The Japanese cuisine is so delicious that you can even eat elegant sashimi, which is one of the strengths of Japanese people◎
I was surprised at how big the eel in the small bowl was🙈
I finished off with matcha and yokan, and my stomach was so full I couldn't eat any more, but I'm so happy that I was able to achieve my goal😊
