There are so many places to visit, the sea is absolutely gorgeous, the locals are super lovely, and most importantly, the food is incredibly delicious and appetizing. Highly recommend getting there early—ideally before 9 AM! 🌟 Stop 2: Yuanyao Wharf. We stopped for a casual stroll and snapped some chill photos. Stop 3: Happiness Square. It's a huge plaza perfect for a leisurely walk along the coast. The beach has steps leading down to the sea, and there were flocks of flying birds that made for great photo ops. Stop 4: Weihai Park. An iconic landmark, which meant huge crowds here too. We did a quick walk and snapped photos fast to escape the masses! Stop 5: Blue Way Beach. We went to check out the shipwreck. The vibe was actually really nice! The beach is super wide, and we ended up just chilling there for almost an hour. ☺️ Stop 6: Lost Train. We stopped for some chic photos. The contrast between the train's color, the sand, and the seawater was absolutely fabulous!!! Stop 7: Solitude Pact Cafe. Yep, another famous Weihai landmark. It would probably be stunning in a totally different way if you came during sunset. Stop 8: Hanlefang Night Market. Also known as the Korean Market, it's super popular in Weihai. There's tons of food, and the prices are incredibly affordable! ❇️ A quick tip: Tourist spots in Weihai are quite spread out, so taking a Didi everywhere isn't cost-effective. 🌊 June in Weihai is a 25℃ summer favored by the gods Who understands, family! Coming to Weihai in June to escape the heat was definitely the right choice! While the whole country is in full barbecue mode, the sea breeze here still carries the scent of roses, with daytime highs only reaching 26℃, and at night you even need a light blanket to sleep. This time I avoided the crowded popular check-in spots and discovered a few local hidden healing routes. After staying for five days straight, I didn’t want to leave—the aftereffects are really strong! 📍 First stop: Maotou Mountain No. 2 Viewing Platform — Stop crowding the No. 1 spot! Standing beneath the giant ship, the shock is indescribable — humans are so small before nature, and time has left the most touching marks on this ship. Seagulls circle the ship’s railings, waves crash against the hull, and at this moment, the world is silent except for the sound of wind and waves. 🏝️ Third stop: Crescent Bay — A local’s hidden healing beach Less crowded than the International Bathing Beach and closer than Xianghai, Crescent Bay is truly the backyard garden for Weihai locals!
