They guided me in choosing the side stones, listened carefully to my preferences, and worked with me every step of the way. Their communication was excellent during the entire process. Having never designed a piece of jewelry before, I was quite unfamiliar with how it all worked, but they were wonderfully supportive and helpful. The final result exceeded all my expectations—truly something I will treasure forever.

It was such a stunning collection of opals; I wish I could have spent the entire day admiring them. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful—always eager to show any piece and happy to answer questions. The environment was lovely and very calming.

It offers an interactive experience with an introductory video and touch-screen tablets (available in French) that provide detailed explanations for all the display cases. The staff are extremely friendly, approachable, and ready to answer any questions. It's definitely worth the trip—even if you don’t have a car—as it’s accessible by train from Brisbane central station, with tickets costing just 50 cents per person!
