I had a fantastic experience staying at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm and welcoming, making check-in a breeze. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The hotel’s location was perfect, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. Very clean, all rooms have direct access to the hot springs, very convenient, and it is very cost-effective to book a hotel to go to the hot springs. I will come again next time! There is a good restaurant nearby for eating ribs. It is called De Zoete Zoen. After taking a hot spring bath, you can walk a few steps here to eat.

Check-in took a little while. If you had to fill in all kinds of personal data, it would have been easier if you could do it online at home. Comfort room booked but because the TV was piece we got a free upgrade for a junior suite, well-regulated by reception. Fortunately, because the comfort room was not beautiful and useless view of the roof. What I found bad was that there were no coffee/tea facilities for such a expensive room. There was a safe in the room but the key was to get at reception, they had not passed at check-in. No pen on the desk. 8 euros per night for parking while not guaranteed. When we were late back from the city, luckily there was just one place left. Hotel good enough for one night, wouldn't want to stay anymore.

Our TV did not work. Batteries and technical service were/was not available because we checked in after 6 pm. Reported at check-out. Answer: thanks for reporting and sorry for that. However, no compensation or a cup of coffee for the inconvenience. Very disappointing. You book a room with facilities and then you want to use them. We did not make a fuss about it, it is not worth it, but it is a shame. Otherwise a great hotel!

The room facilities are very new, with two beds, one of which is a single bed that is folded in the closet and needs to be folded down, which is very interesting. The mattress is very soft and very comfortable to sleep on. Free parking is available and the breakfast is also great.

Goeie hotel kamers. Lekker bed om te slapen, voor 2 personen het zag er zeker mooi uit. We hadden een ruime kamer. Heerlijk bad niks mis mee met de badkamer. Het ontbijt was uitgebreid en heerlijk eten. Naar het Centrum 15 min lopen. Dierentuin 15 min lopen. Mondo verde 20 min fietsen. Mooie fiets/loop omgeving. Wij verbleben 4 dagen

You can visit the market in the morning and taste fresh fruits. It is full of fireworks. The rooms are spacious and clean, the bedding is soft and comfortable, the sound insulation is good, and the night sleep is not disturbed. The breakfast is rich in variety, fresh toast, fragrant coffee with Dutch cheese, and the taste is online and full. The service staff is warm and thoughtful, and the check-in and check-out are efficient. The overall price is outstanding, whether it is shopping or leisure travel, it is a great choice!
