Excellent service, free airport pick-up and drop-off. The staff were reliable from the moment we arrived at the airport. Check-in was fast and efficient, and the rooms were excellent. The facilities definitely made me want to return – I was pleasantly surprised! Since we had an early flight to our final destination, they offered a tailored breakfast from 4:00 AM to 8:00 AM, and then another breakfast with different hours after that. I loved this thoughtful detail because we were able to have breakfast before heading to the airport. The staff were very attentive to details at all times. A very good experience 🤩 I would definitely stay again.

The advantage is that it is very close to the airport, but the sound insulation is not very good. There is always road construction nearby, and it is noisy at night.

The Habitel Hotel is conveniently situated close to the airport, with a reliable shuttle service that adds to its appeal. The hotel comprises two sections, ‘Prime’ and ‘Select,’ with the ‘Prime’ offering slightly superior accommodations. My stay was generally satisfactory; however, the A/C in my room was broken, making it uncomfortably cold. After multiple visits to reception, the staff kindly provided a heater. This issue should ideally be addressed before guest check-ins. It appears the hotel is undergoing construction on the 1st floor, which was where my room was located, resulting in some noise. Despite these inconveniences, the delicious breakfast made up for everything! I highly recommend the Caldo de Costilla. Based on the food alone, I would definitely consider staying here again.

Five stars based on Two star hotel! Hotel location was best that I could find. Its across Transmilenio Museo station which gave access to north of town as well as faster way to the Airport for 3200 pesos (Taxi about 40k). Station has ticket office in front. Right next to Parque de la Independencia, which was nice walking area that has Bull fighting arena and planetarium (which was visible from hotel (if your room is not face this side, there is a lounge in each floor that gives view to both Museo side as well as the park side)). It also is locate right next to Museo de Nacional de Colombia. Only two block walk to start the walking street (Carrera 7) of Santa Fe with various shops and restaurants (walk around the hotel to main street and go south). Only 15-20 min(1 mile) walk to gold museum, then another 5 min to Plaza Bolivia, walk another 15-20 min East to Monserrate. Room: Clean, for its size and price, enough space to put stuff, has safe, but no refrigerator nor coffee machine. its basic. Bed was double but actually like US king size, it was too hard for me. Temp control only has AC so even with AC turned off, the room (1501) was bit cold. Bathroom has hair dryer, simple yet enough space, has shower unit with hot shower (only rain fall option, no hand held). There is couple USB-A & power outlet right to the bed, our was not working. Also a power outlet by the desk area. Security was good, a guard at the main entrance, elevator needs room card for floor access. Front Desk: Surprisingly for an international brand, most didn't speak English, but they were friendly and accommodating. With my minimal Spanish and their minimal English, we didn't have any issue. Front desk also gave us early check in and high floor choice. Food: My room plan included breakfast, food was ample decent quality with meat/eggs, pastries, rice, soup, cold cuts/cheese, sometimes potatoes, about 10 diff kinds of fruits, 4 diff yogurts, couple juices and coffee. Juices were bit off as sometime you get real juice sometime water down to fruit drink. Breakfast is served in Qceveche, next to the lobby, place is not large, but has outdoor sitting area, also serve lunch, dinner and various drinks. We had dinner, food was good, bit pricy compare to outside but reasonable for hotel restaurant (we stayed in AC Marriot in Santa Marta where the food price was 50% higher than Qceveche.) Amenity: none, no GYM or Pool. Does offer bag hold. Has a desk by main door for taxi services (I made a reservation day earlier to go to Grand station for Tourista Tren to Salt Cathedral, driver promptly waited and price was less than expected/ typical taxi fare.) Overall it offer comfy clean room, good breakfast, GREAT location, good service. I will come back again.

Some of the ladies at the front desk were very nice and very respectful, but there were some gentlemen who was quite rude, and there was a young bartender who kept harassing us for more tips even though it was on the bill. When we checked in we parked across the street the car was outside for 5 minutes the security watched the tow truck take the car and then they came in when the car was already loaded it almost seemed like they were in cahoots with each other, but I can't confirm that, but it seemed a little odd that they watched I'll call get towed cost us over a million and a half pesos to get out car back

They need to improve the coats, they are too big and hard. All the rest, very well.

This hotel is relatively close to the airport. You can book whatever you want after getting off the plane. Advantages: The price is not too high, the hygiene is okay, the environment on the first floor is okay, there is a place to sit and talk about things, and there is also breakfast. Although very simple Disadvantages: The room is too small, not 18 square meters at all. You can only turn around in places other than the bed where 2 people sleep. Also there is no hair dryer. After washing my hair, I asked them if they had a hair dryer. I can only sleep with wet hair, which is very depressing.

Recommended by a client, this hotel is conveniently located about 8 km from the airport, a roughly 20-minute ride-hail away. Getting to surrounding areas by taxi or ride-share is also very convenient. With a police station directly across the street, I felt incredibly safe and secure! P.S. Just a heads-up: many areas in the city center are currently under road and subway construction, leading to significant traffic congestion.

The room was pretty good, clean and tidy. It was also very quiet. The room provided Juan coffee bags, coffee machine, fruit tea bags and glass bottled water. There are restaurants near the Wyndham in front of the hotel. There is also a Juan coffee shop. There is an Andres steak house downstairs. Overall, it is very good. The room is relatively new. I will come again next time

De aankomst na 30 uur reizen deed me schrikken; in een donkele louche straat stopte de taxi voor een garage poort.... Ik verzocht de taxichauffeur meteen om te wachten tot ik binnen was, waar was ik midden in de nacht terechtgekomen? Maar toen de deur opende en ik in de lobby kwam was alles OK!!! Vriendelijk (in het engels!) werd ik te woord gestaan. Dus de taxi mocht vertrekken, ik was gearriveerd. Snel naar de kamer, om in bed te kruipen, want ik was kapot moe... De kamer op de 1e verdieping was klein, maar toereikend. Een (te) kort bed, waar mijn voeten overheen hingen, deerde mij niet, TV, WiFi en een zuivere douche en lakens. Alles wat je je kunt wensen... De volgende ochtend ontbijt, included. Het meisje was iets te laat, maar daar kon ik mee leven. Om 10 over zeven een heerlijke uitsmijter en toost; vergezeld van wat (louw) water voor de pillen en een héérlijke kop koffie! Ook een exta toast werd met handen en voeten besteld en snel geleverd... Service ten top. Helaas was de jongen van de nachtdienst die engels sprak vroeg vertrokken... Een taxi naar het vliegveld met handen en voeten geregeld. Voor minder dan een kwart van de prijs van de avond tevoren, werd ik netjes op het vliegveld afgezet! Chapeau deze aanvullende service! Kort om op de eerste indruk niet te snel afgaan; de service en netheid en uitrusting is eenvoudig maar compleet! Een dikke 9 uit 10 voor dit goedkope, eenvoudige hotelletje!
