Elegance, attention to detail, delicious food, great wine and drinks list, variety of options on no-low alcohol, vegan and vegetarian options and service ware is just stunning (Hermes for example). The combination of kitchen and dining room team is just second to none and particularly the Chef's Table is by far one of the best ambience, value for money you can find in London.

日下文Amaya is a modern Indian restaurant. Unlike the usual curry-based Indian restaurants, Amaya's reputation comes from its innovative grilled tapas. The open kitchen in the restaurant is equipped with a proper charcoal grill and a kiln grill, and the grilled food is very tasty. As for recommendations, the turmeric and tarragon chicken tikka with fresh gravy and the flashed-grill rocket oysters are the best. There are also Indian flatbreads freshly made from the kiln grill, which are rich in onion and garlic flavor and have a slightly chewy taste. The vegetarian food is not amazing, but the combination of novel ingredients is harmonious. After a round of grilled food, it is appropriate to order a chicken and apricot briyani made with aged Indian fragrant rice, accompanied by a small bowl of pomegranate and brooding raita dotted with rose petals, and the strong taste in your mouth will turn into light and elegant in an instant. Overall rating: Delicious and ambience/high score, unique Indian cuisine, worth a visit. Unfortunately, it is slightly below my expectations for a one-star restaurant.

The cuisine is also quite excellent, the vegetable cookpot was a presentation of vegetables and fruits as a truly delicious dish which showed the admirable genius and expertise of the chefs.

We shared vegetable samosas, tandoori chicken, lemon rice and interesting naan with coconut and raisins. All the food was delicious. As often is the case these days, we thought that the wines were a bit overpriced. We would definitely recommend this restaurant.

CKTravelI just had the most incredible dining experience at Heston in Europe. I flew all the way from Hong Kong to celebrate my birthday, and it was worth every mile. The food was absolutely delicious, and the quality was unmistakable. The waiters were not only friendly and nice, but they knew the menu inside out. Yes, it was a bit pricey, but it's worth every penny for the top-notch experience. must order the tipsy cake here, it is excellent and this is the signature here. Heston is definitely the place to celebrate life's special moments like birthdays!
