Good products (except sturgeon). Very good service. Dishes bland and uninspiring. A special note on the sturgeon: the fish is definitely not wild-caught bit obviously farmed: it has a very distinctive and bad stale-water taste and smell. Totally NOT what sturgeon should smell and taste like - looks like the chef has no clue about the product and how to cook it. Pretty disappointing for a Michelin-stared restaurant&hellip;So if you go - have the chicken: it was also bland and overdone and you could easily do this at home even with the slightest cooking skills but at least it does not taste disgusting&hellip;

Tangerm&uuml;nde (also translated as Tangerm&uuml;nde), the German name is Tangerm&uuml;nde. This thousand-year-old town located on the left bank of the Elbe River is famous for its historic town hall, St. Stephen&#39;s Church and Tangerm&uuml;nde Castle.

🌟Highlights:
The town&#39;s chronicle of 1009 records the construction of this lowland castle on the Tanger River (Tanger) during the reign of King Henry in the early 10th century.
The 15th century was its &quot;golden age&quot;. At that time, as an important town of the Hanseatic League, a large number of Gothic brick buildings were built here, including the old town hall and St. Stephen&#39;s Church, surrounded by castle buildings consisting of city walls and solid gates.
To this day, these ancient buildings are still watching us silently.

This is a town with a strong historical atmosphere. The houses on both sides of the street were often built in 1671, 1679, etc. The door is embedded with a protective badge issued by the government. It makes people feel that time has passed so quickly. #Ancient towns and villages worth visiting
