The waiters were all very friendly and always with a smile on their face BUT-We had to wait almost 1 hours for our food to arrive-The quality of the food was very low and way overpriced, a student after a heavy night of partying could have prepared it better. Geitenkaas salad was a joke for !!!19 euros!!!! My favorite salad here in NL but that was just lazy and cheaply prepared. My girlfriend had a small paprika filled with cream cheese that tasted like nothing for 20! Euros. The bread in beginning was raw in the middle and the kruidenboter was dry and seemed old. Such a pity because the place itself was very cozy.

Friendly service, Delicious variety of dishes and a pleasant atmosphere! Beautiful presentation at the table! In short, highly recommended! Unfortunately lost wallet when leaving, before we even realized it, the staff called to say that a wallet had been found, what a service! Thank you!

Here is a little historical building, Altes Landhaus Buddenberg. For more than 200 years, it was mainly home to an inn and grocery store for the rural population. In 1997, the house burned down after being used as a private residence. A few years later, with the help of donations and local history enthusiasts, the house was rebuilt and carefully restored in accordance with the requirements of preserving historical monuments. Now it is a restaurant and guest rooms. The taste is a local German meal, which tastes good.
