I decided to go to Huangyao Ancient Town on a whim this weekend. There were not many people. I chose this restaurant because it was close to the hotel, but I didn't expect it to be so delicious! 👍 1⃣️Fried black bean chicken, a must-eat dish. The boss's cooking skills are amazing. Sometimes I even pack a portion, 💰65/half 2⃣️Stuffed tofu, I chose to come in to eat because I saw the boss's wife stuffing it herself. The tofu is sweet and delicious. It is different from the cooking methods of other restaurants. They steam it, which makes it more fresh and sweet. 3⃣️Perilla river fish, especially crispy, is perfect for drinking with friends as a side dish. 4⃣️Stir-fried snails, a delicious side dish, without mud and sand, which may be related to the small number of tourists. After a meal, no other tourists came in. 🌞Summary: The environment is very good, the boss's wife likes to chat (I don't know if it is because of the small number of tourists). The taste is great. I ate at 3 restaurants over the weekend and also went to the recommended Gujing Restaurant. The taste is not as good as this one. Five-star recommendation.
