没有蜡ollingAs a three-star Michelin restaurant, after eating there, I really feel that it deserves the reputation. The dishes are really creative and many of them taste really good. It is definitely a spiritual and taste bud enjoyment.

没有蜡ollingThe baked camembert cheese was similar to the Daliang fried milk, with a layer of blackcurrant sauce in the middle, which added sourness to neutralize the greasy feeling. The smoked red pepper sauce was also great. The pre-dessert was champagne chocolate ice cream, and the last raspberry jelly puff pastry with chocolate mousse and basil ice cream was also delicious. The petit four was also very good, and the lemon custard puff and cheesecake were both delicious.

justinwang1987Nobelhart & Schmutzig, I know about it from the official guide to Berlin. It is a very young restaurant with Michelin prices. The dishes are very refined and taste good, but there are too few of them.
