TheForkUserHalo!I really like your staff, they are all really nice and friendly and also speak English (for me it is amazing ????)I like the food quality, I tried your Vegan bowl the texture was great, avocado perfect and the sauce ???? I also ordered a burger with no sauce no veggies for my 2 y.o. daughter but the chicken mead was fried in breadcrumbs and it was too spicy for the baby, so she ended up eating some bun and that’s all ????I like your light and soft beer ???? and the apple juice was quite good. The Weeknd music and some Spanish pop was top ???? Things you should work better: some discounts for people who has bday or at least sing a song together with the staff would be great. I’ve been to some of my fav places where staff bring the special tiny dessert with a candle on it and sing for a bday person. It would be nice! TheForkUserFrom insider tip to favorite restaurant? Very possible. It was simply a fantastic evening! The restaurant's location is already stunning, right in the middle of the Rysum shipyard. Inside, a lovingly created symbiosis of an old Gulfhof and a contemporary dining room. The service is personal, friendly, attentive, and interested. Top marks here, too. Now for the most important thing: the food: The concept is to offer high-quality dishes using primarily regional products and without convenience foods and flavor enhancers. In short: they succeed without compromise. I like to try the English rump steak in a new restaurant. Unfortunately, hardly any kitchen passes this test. Here, it's different: the meat was of excellent quality and cooked to perfection. Amazing! The side dishes were also impressive, and the salad provided the necessary flavor contrast to the overall composition. Conclusion: An evening where everything was perfect. And even though we have to drive a bit to get to Rysum, we will certainly visit again.
