I keep coming back for that tofu salad. The texture is just right, and the dressing has this gentle, savory note. It's the one dish I think about between visits. Getting a table is a bit of a mission, though.

Love the cozy vibe here! Perfect for catching up with friends over coffee, and the books make it easy to just hang out for a while.

The dry-aged steak here is the real deal. The crust is dark and crisp, the inside stays so tender. You get that deep, concentrated beef flavor. It's a cut above the usual.

This place is known for its limited servings, so be sure to arrive early to enjoy their fantastic soba before they sell out.

Highly recommend this restaurant for its exceptional food and service! The meatballs and wagyu beef were standout dishes, and our server Andy provided excellent recommendations throughout our meal.

Lovely local spot in Kutchan. The authentic food was a nice change from the resort area prices.

Quick business lunch here. The robot delivery is efficient and keeps things moving. Food arrived hot, decent portion for the price. A bit noisy with the kids around, but it's a practical spot near the office.

The braised tofu was really good, especially the texture. A nice surprise for my first time trying it here.

The owner was so kind, really made us feel at home. The vibe was just right—cozy but still felt a bit special. Best meal we had in Niseko, hands down.

Been coming here for years. Their medium roast is the one I always get. You can watch them roast the beans right in the shop. It's the real deal. A bit pricey for a cup, but you're paying for the quality.

Stopped in for my morning matcha. It’s the good stuff, smooth and not too sweet. Just right to get going. A bit pricey for a cup, but I keep coming back.

A nice little spot. The chef's care shows in the food, everything is prepared thoughtfully. Had a pleasant dinner there. The only thing is, it can get a bit loud when it's full.

The crab fried rice is a must-order. Pairing it with a crisp white wine made the drive from Sapporo worthwhile.

Simple menu, but the udon broth was really flavorful. A bit salty for me, but still nice. The cafe inside Niseko Station is beautiful. I liked that they have a little shop with local products too.

The waffle cones are homemade and have a nice cinnamon touch. Really crispy, goes well with their gelato.

Been coming here for years. Their croissants are always flaky and buttery, just the way I like 'em. The little seating area is perfect for a quiet coffee break. Prices are fair for the neighborhood.

The location is super convenient, right by the Annupuri ski lifts and a bus stop. A short walk to the onsen with a guest discount is a nice perk. For the price, the room size felt a bit small, but you're really paying for that spot.

Husband-wife run spot, feels like a neighborhood place. The seafood was super fresh, especially the sashimi. Grilled squid was perfectly charred, a bit smoky and tender. A solid, simple meal.

The owner makes each scoop by hand. You can taste the care in it. The local flavors are so fresh, like the fruit was just picked. A bit pricey, but you're paying for that personal touch.

The 400 yen cocktail deal is a steal. I had the teriyaki squid, which was tasty, but the portion was a bit small. Still, a solid spot for a casual drink and a bite.

Yuzu beer was a nice surprise. Not a big drinker, but this was really refreshing. Perfect for a hot day.
