The special burger with rosemary chips was lovely, and the price felt very fair for what you got. Service was friendly too.

The roast beef with mash was lovely, gravy had real depth to it. Nice bit of pudding on top too. Comfortable seat by the window, made it easy to relax.

The smash burger was proper juicy with that crispy edge, and the parmesan fries did the job. Place has a decent buzz to it, nothing fancy but it works. Only thing, it got a bit loud by the time we were leaving. Still, solid enough for a casual feed.

Stopped in on a rainy day for battered sausages and they really hit the spot. Simple, satisfying comfort food. Portion was decent for the price, though the chips could&#39;ve been hotter. Service was fine, no complaints. Wouldn&#39;t go out of my way, but if you&#39;re nearby and fancy something greasy, it does the job.
