Cozy cafe with a European vibe. Had the matcha roll cake and a pot of hojicha. The cake was fresh, not too sweet. Good for a quiet break after meetings. A bit pricey for the portion, but the location is very convenient.

Although the menu is somewhat limited, the food quality is decent for a ski resort. The Niigata rice and hotel curry stood out as particularly tasty options.

The curry udon's broth is rich and the noodles have a good chew. The spicy masala version has a nice kick.

The hot chocolate was thick and creamy, just right. The red tea cake was really soft, almost like a cloud. A nice, simple treat.

The tonkatsu was perfectly crisp, not greasy at all. The pork was tender and the sauce had a nice tang. A bit pricey for the portion, but the quality was there.

That local veggie peperoncino pasta was the star for me. They didn't hold back on the garlic, which gave it such a nice, sharp kick. Really hit the spot.
