Stopped here after hiking Diamond Head. It's a quick drive from Waikiki, which was perfect because we were starving! Got a real local vibe, not crowded with tourists. Just what we needed to chill and refuel with friends.

Been coming here for years, and the owner always remembers my usual order. She threw in some extra kimchi this time, just because she knows I love it. That kind of consistency keeps me coming back.

Their avocado toast on French bread is a game changer—it actually stays crispy. I added bacon and it was the perfect salty crunch. That little upgrade made my whole morning.

I really appreciate how clean and tidy this place is. The tables are well-spaced, and everything feels fresh. It's a nice, simple spot for a relaxed lunch. The casual vibe is just right when you want something low-key.

Always my first stop in Waikiki. The servers are so on it, kept our drinks filled and plates moving. Found the place via the elevator off Kalakaua. Solid vibes for a fun night out.

Got seated fast on a packed Friday. Told them about a serious bell pepper allergy. Server took it super seriously, checked everything with the kitchen. Felt safe to eat. Quick and no hassle.

Essence was our server for breakfast. She's always smiling and clearly loves her job. Made the meal really nice.

The shared grill is a fun idea, but I really appreciated how fresh and high-quality all the meats and vegetables were. Everything tasted so clean.

Found this spot while traveling. The halal options are clearly marked, which was a relief. Staff even showed me the packaging to confirm. Pizza dough is homemade, tasted fresh. Just a heads up, the chicken isn't halal.

The tempeh katsu curry was a solid pick. The mushroom base gave the curry a really deep, savory flavor. The cutlet itself was perfectly crispy, which I loved. The salad dressing on the side was a nice, bright contrast.

First time here and the food was so fresh. The papaya salad had this perfect crunch and just the right amount of heat. Our big table was no problem for the staff, they kept things moving.

The free chicken soup and popover breads are a nice way to begin. Soup was flavorful, and the popovers were warm and airy. They even packed some extras for me to take home.

Parking is free and easy, a big plus. The second floor location inside the design center is unique. Food was solid, but service felt a bit slow during the lunch rush.

Guava smoked pork was solid. Salmon belly was interesting. Sat on the patio for a quick lunch, nice view of the park. Food came out fast. Good spot for a quick bite.

The tabletop grilling is so much fun with a group! Staff was super friendly and never rushed us, even on a packed Friday night. Perfect for a long, chatty dinner with friends. 🍖

Happy hour pupu steak was a steal at half off. Cooked just right, juicy and flavorful. Manager was super friendly too!

Perfect for a quick coffee and croissant before hitting the beach with friends. So convenient if you're staying nearby!

Sat inside, but the patio looked nice. The live music was a chill vibe. Our server was really attentive and kind the whole time, which was great.

The Loco Moco was a solid choice. The patty was really juicy and the gravy was light, which I liked—it didn't overpower the egg or rice. A nice, comforting dish for a chill lunch.

I had a fantastic time at this beachside restaurant! The Kahala Burger was cooked to perfection, and the fries were crispy and delicious. The ambiance is serene, making it a great place to unwind.

The lunch special bento box is a solid deal. You get a lot of food for the price. The sashimi portion in mine was decent, and the tempura was crispy.

They made a custom roll for my friend's birthday! So fun to have something special just for us.

The view here is just incredible. We got a table right by the water and stayed through sunset. The live music kicked in as it got dark, and honestly, just listening to the waves with that soundtrack was the best part of the night. So chill.

The curried turkey salad is my go-to lunch. The curry flavor is just right, not too heavy. The fruit crisp dessert was good, but the candied ginger on top was a bit strong for me. Nice, quiet spot in the garden.

Service is always friendly and attentive. They make you feel welcome right away.

Tried the boba waffles. Original and chocolate chip options. Texture was solid, crisp outside and chewy inside. Good for a quick bite. Price is fair for the area.

The udon set lunch was a solid deal for the location. Really liked the clean, modern vibe of the place—it’s small but feels just right, especially being steps from the beach.

Roz was our server and she was so into her job, you could tell she loves it. We came in around 3pm, nice and quiet. She just made the whole vibe better.

Happy hour is a steal around here. Grabbed a couple drinks and some sliders to share. Solid spot for a late afternoon break.
