Came back three times while I was in Oslo. Fish is fresh, tom yum soup has a good kick. Chef actually takes time to explain what you're eating. Place is small but that's fine.

Took my daughter for her birthday. Staff actually remembered and brought a little surprise. Food was solid, nothing crazy. Place was loud but fine.

Highly recommend this place for its vegetarian options! The mini veggie burger and cauliflower fries were standout dishes, and the non-alcoholic mojito was refreshing.

No. 16 of Local Restaurants in Oslo

Solid sake and natural wine list. Staff actually know what they're talking about when you ask for a pairing. Casual spot, easy to hang out in for a while.

Grilled salmon was the highlight. Skin had a nice crisp char, and the inside was still tender and moist. Went well with the side salad.

The crispy duck was really good—already shredded but still juicy and full of flavor. Plenty of pancakes came with it, which I appreciated. Mongolian beef had a nice kick to it, reminded me of proper Chinese food back home. Service was friendly enough, though we did wait a bit for the bill. Would come back for that duck again.

The outdoor seating is such a vibe on a sunny day 🌞 Service was quick and friendly too. Prices are decent for Norway, and the food hit the spot for a casual lunch with friends.

Stopped by for a quiet lunch and grabbed a seat by the window. Service was friendly without hovering, which I appreciated. Prices felt fair for Oslo, not cheap but not crazy either. Had a simple meal, nothing fancy, but it hit the spot. Place has that classic pub feel, easy to relax in. I'd come back if I'm in the area again.

The fish soup here is really good. Had it with a burger, which was juicy too. Prices are decent, especially compared to other spots in Oslo. Place had a relaxed vibe, felt like a local hangout. Service was fine, nothing fancy but okay. Worth stopping by if you're in the area.

Taste is pretty close to actual Indian food, which surprised me. Portion size could be bigger for the price, but overall decent for Oslo.

Friendly service, Veronika really looked after us. Wine paired nicely with the food, though I wish they’d offered more by the glass. Solid spot for a relaxed dinner.

Popped in after the National Gallery for lunch. Host knew his beers, helped me pick a good one. Food did the job. Place was cozy but a bit noisy.

Stopped by for a glass and ended up staying for a few small plates. The wine list is solid and the staff clearly know their stuff. Only thing—the hostess gave me a bit of a cold look when I walked in without a booking. Not a huge deal, but a warmer welcome would've been nice. Food was good, nothing fancy, but I'd come back.

Came here for a quick lunch and ended up staying way longer than planned. The board game thing is such a nice touch. We grabbed a few games while waiting for food. Pizza was solid, nothing crazy but decent. Service was a bit slow though, took a while to get our drinks refilled. Prices are a bit steep for what it is, but you're kinda paying for the experience. Would come back if I'm in the area and have time to kill.

The vegan lunch is a steal—falafel, hummus, and a huge salad for that price. Portion size alone makes it worth coming back.

Came here for a birthday dinner and honestly the staff made it feel like a big deal. Food was proper authentic, not the watered-down version you get in a lot of places. We ordered a bunch of stuff and shared everything. Left full and happy. Only thing is it got a bit loud later in the evening, but that's kind of on us for going on a weekend.

The butter chicken was honestly the highlight—rich and properly spiced. Prices are fair for the portion size. Service was a bit all over the place, but whatever, it's a casual spot. Not fancy at all, more like a grab-and-go kind of place. I'd go back just for that curry though.

The lobster was fresh, no question. Sweet, firm, came off the shell clean. That’s the main thing I remember. Place was busy, but the food did the talking. Bill was a bit steep, but I’d pay it again for that quality. Didn’t care much about the view or the staff. Just the lobster.

Reasonable prices for what you get, and the crowd felt nicely mixed. Enjoyed the fresh ingredients in my salad, though it was a bit busy at lunch.

The Elvis burger from the special menu was a fun pick and turned out delicious. The Spanish barista went out of her way to make an iced coffee that wasn't on the menu—such a nice touch.

We walked in without a booking during a busy event and the owner still found us a table. The five-course Mezza was really good. Felt looked after the whole evening.

The halibut was genuinely good—cooked just right, flaky and flavorful. I’d honestly come back just for that dish. The rest of the meal was fine, nothing to complain about. But that fish was the highlight for sure.

Stopped by for a drink after checking in nearby. Food's standard pub stuff, nothing fancy. One cocktail came out wrong but they fixed it fast and apologized. Fine for a casual stop if you're in the area. Service was decent, that's about it.

Stopped by for the family pack—solid deal for Oslo. Fish tasted fresh, rice was decent. Staff let me borrow their phone to check the English menu, which was nice of them. Only downside: almost nowhere to sit. Honestly, just grab it to go.

The Art Nouveau interior really caught my eye when I walked in. We had the gluten-free pizza and honestly it was better than I expected. Mussels and risotto were solid too. Nice spot if you're in the area and want something a bit different.

Beer’s cheap and cold, which saved the night. Food was just okay, and the bathroom could use some attention. Fine for a quick pint, not much beyond that.

Pistachio sorbet was the standout. Creamy, rich, actually tasted like pistachio, not just sugar. Good to know everything here is gluten-free, makes ordering easy. Place was busy but the line moved fast. Fine for a quick stop if you're in the area.

Came here twice with a big group and honestly everyone left happy. Food was solid, nothing fancy but it hit the spot. Staff were patient with us even when we took forever to order. Decent spot if you're with friends and just want an easy meal.
