The toasties were a hit with my kids and the beer prices are fair. Ordering at the counter felt a bit odd at first, but the service was quick. Solid spot right by the beach.

The food was plentiful and reasonably priced, with spectacular views over the water that made the meal even more enjoyable.

The 50cm pizza is a decent deal. Dough was crispy, toppings generous. Service quick and friendly. Sat outside, which was nice for the warm evening. Pretty good spot if you're in the area. Maybe slightly busy but fine.

The owners run the place themselves — you can see them making the sushi right there. Feels proper family-run, not touristy at all.

The folded pizza here caught me off guard—so fresh and tasty. Place is pretty basic but has a nice vibe. Good for a quick bite.

The chocolate and orange cake was the best part. Brunch deal is decent too. Nice spot to chill for a bit when you're wandering around Portimão.

This restaurant offers a unique menu with delicious and unusual food, making it a great place to enjoy a meal by the sea. The friendly staff and happy atmosphere add to the experience, although it is a bit on the expensive side.

We let the server pick everything for us and honestly every dish was a hit. Portions were big and the bill didn’t hurt. Good spot for a casual dinner with friends 🙂

The sea food from starters to main were beautifully presented and absolutely delicious. The wine was excellent and the traditional Portuguese deserts were simply beautiful. The staff were friendly and so helpful. It was a wonderful experience in a beautiful atmosphere. We look forward to returning in September.

We had a Cataplana do polvo. Super tasty and the octopus was cooked on the point. The lady who served us was so nice a welcoming. The place has in and outside tables. We had a perfect lunch there. Everything was amazing. This restaurant is not a tourist trap like other restaurants in the area. For a seafood restaurant the prices are fair. We will go there again when we are in the area of Carvoeiro.

Unique atmosphere loved the decor the owner brought from Africa. Very sweet friendly owner/waiter and the food was delicious. We had the mushroom appetizer and shrimp appetizer both had great flavors. Also had the crab curry and octopus rice. Everyone was happy and we definitely will be back.

This was a beautiful restaurant with fantastic food+++++, great atmosphere and service. Such a fantastic meal- hope to get an opportunity to visit again.

Small family place, grilled fish is the main draw. Watched the chef cook it right there, pretty cool. House wine is cheap, can't complain. Cash only though, and not many seats. Got there early so it was fine. Solid quick bite if you're in the area.

Nice covered terrace, that's where we sat. Inside looked cozy too, Asian decor and all. Place gets busy fast, so if you're coming for dinner, book a table first. We didn't and waited a bit. Food was decent, nothing crazy but fine for the area. Probably come back when it's less crowded.

The lamb with mint was the standout—really flavourful and cooked right. Kids' pork plate was a decent size for the price. Friendly service too. 👍

Been coming here for a while now, and the grilled fish keeps me coming back. Fresh, garlicky, good olive oil—portion's solid too. It's the kind of place locals actually go, not the tourist traps. If you're in the area and want something simple and done right, this is it.

The seafood rice really lives up to the hype. Probably the best I've had in the Algarve. Make sure to order it ahead though, takes a while. Clams were solid too. 🦐

Solid sushi for what you pay. Place is tiny but cozy. Staff were nice. Easy to walk past though, almost missed it.

Stumbled onto this place while wandering off the main road. The grilled octopus was properly charred and tender, not rubbery at all. Stuffed squid had a nice garlicky filling. Handwritten menu felt personal, like they actually care. Staff explained every dish without rushing us. Only thing, it got a bit busy later and service slowed down. But that first hour was lovely.

Stopped by for gelato after lunch nearby. Payment glitched on my end and the owner fixed it in under a minute, no hassle. That alone saved the trip. The gelato itself was solid, better than the tourist spots around the marina. Not the cheapest, but you're paying for the service and quality. Fine for a quick stop.
