Great spot for a quick bite. Hot chocolate with cream and a marshmallow hit the spot, brownie was properly gooey. Got a treat for the dog too, which is a nice touch. Service was quick, in and out in no time.

The lamb shawarma was flavourful and the staff's beer suggestion was spot on. The dining area is cosy, good for a quick business lunch. Service was efficient.

Popped in for a coffee and a slice of carrot cake. The cake was spot on, really moist and not too sweet. Staff were lovely and kept things moving even when it got busy. No complaints.

The Buddha bowl was lovely, especially the warm falafel and coronation sauce. The homemade cakes looked tempting too. My only small note is that the chairs are a bit hard for a longer sit.

Really liked the vibe here - feels like a cosy extension of the gift shop next door. The staff were super friendly, which made it a nice spot to just sit and relax for a bit.

Came in on a rainy day. The cakes are fresh and the variety is decent, but the portion for the price felt a bit small.

The vegan breakfast burrito is a real winner. It's so flavourful and satisfying, a proper meal in itself. The staff were really friendly and attentive, which made the whole visit feel very relaxed.

Been coming here for years. It's got that worn-in, family-run feel that you just can't fake. The old photos and awards on the walls tell the whole story.

The staff here are always pleasant. Had a small issue with a delivery once, but they sorted it out quickly over the phone. Helpful and responsive.

Always stop by for their club sandwich when I'm in town. The bacon is crispy, and the bread is toasted just right. Good size for what you pay.

Love the vibe here, and the coffee is really good. But honestly, it's often packed. Came for a quiet morning coffee and had to wait 15 minutes for a table. For the price of a latte, I'd expect to sit down without a hassle.

The outdoor bit is nice when the sun's out. Grabbed a coffee there last week, just watching the park. It's a good place to sit for a bit.

Came here for a treat after a long walk. The milkshake was really creamy and the cake was so fresh. You could tell the ingredients were good quality. The staff were lovely too.

The full English here is spot on. Everything came out piping hot, which is key. Sausages had good flavour, and the eggs were cooked just right. Tea served in a proper pot with a china cup was a nice touch. Solid breakfast.

Great spot for a quick bite. Food is homemade, coffee's good. Gets the job done.

Stumbled upon this spot and the mega breakfast was huge! Good ingredients for the price.

Really liked the vegan options here. Had the jackfruit tacos - the texture was spot on, and the spicy cashew cream was a nice touch. Prices felt fair for the portion. A solid spot for a casual plant-based lunch.

The food's quality is a real surprise for the price. Staff are quick and seem genuinely happy to be there, which makes a difference. My main was spot on, though the sides could've been warmer.

Been coming here for years, and the Cumbria rarebit is always spot on. It's the one thing I order every time – never disappoints. Service is friendly, no fuss. Just a solid, reliable meal.

First time here for breakfast. Got the cheese on sourdough and a sausage roll. The sourdough was spot on, really good texture. Staff were quick and friendly. Nice local spot.

Been coming here for years, and the breakfast menu's consistency is what keeps me coming back. The full English is always cooked just right, never greasy. It's the one thing I can count on.

Lovely, cosy spot. The staff are so warm and welcoming, it really makes you feel at home. Had a great flat white and a slice of their homemade banana bread. Just a really nice, relaxed vibe.

The avocado toast was spot on, really fresh. Tiger prawn kedgeree had a nice kick to it. Good to see so many gluten-free and vegan choices on the menu, makes it easy for everyone.

A nice afternoon tea with friends. The scones were particularly good, and the service was attentive.

Been coming here for years for a proper takeaway. The fish is reliably fresh with a crisp batter, but the mushy peas are the real star for me. They get the texture just right. Simple food, but they do it well.

Full English breakfast, spot on. The bacon was proper crispy, eggs just runny enough. Went with a decent house ale, really hit the spot for a lazy Sunday. Only thing, the black pudding could've been a touch warmer. Solid.

A warm welcome and quick service. The all-day breakfast was really good, the bacon in particular was nicely done. Everything tasted fresh. A solid spot for a casual meal.

Went to their evening event. The complimentary sharing starter was a highlight for me – you could really taste the freshness of the ingredients. Everything was plated so nicely. A pleasant, relaxed vibe.
