Chicken katsu curry is still solid here. Place got remodeled, looks clean. Staff friendly enough. Been coming for years, never disappoints.

Stopped by for lunch and grabbed the Minahasa rice table. Those baby green beans were honestly the highlight for me. Place is tiny though, so definitely book a table beforehand. Walked in without a reservation and had to wait a bit, but it worked out fine.

The Piccolino offers a lovely ambiance that truly captures the essence of Italy. The food selection is authentic and delicious, making it a must-visit for Italian food lovers.

Food’s solid, portions are big — the set menu especially. Traditional feel inside, but it gets packed and tables are tight. Had to squeeze past people just to sit down. Still, decent spot if you’re hungry and don’t mind the crowd.

Stopped by for a quick dinner and ordered the sashimi set. Fish was properly fresh, cut thick enough to feel generous. No fancy rolls or truffle oil nonsense—just straightforward Japanese cooking. Place is small and a bit cramped, but that's fine. Would go back if I'm in the area again.

Popped in on a Monday for lunch. Food was tasty and didn’t break the bank. Service was a bit short but got the job done. Place had a nice, cozy vibe to it. Nothing fancy, but I’d probably come back if I’m in the area.

We have been coming here since the early 1990s for the outstanding Peking Duck, best outside of Hong Kong (IMHO). Was pleased with the upgrades to the final course. Keep up the good work!

The cozy conveyer belt sushi style makes this a pleasant experience, on top of that, its among the best sushi I've eaten.

Stopped by for lunch while walking along Prinsengracht. Got a table right away as a walk-in, which was nice. The food was good, nothing too fancy but solid. Staff were friendly and made me feel comfortable. Would come back if I'm in the area again.

If you're in Amsterdam, you must try the ribs and the St. George steak! The service from Matt and his family is exceptional, making for a memorable dining experience.

The wonton noodle soup really hit the spot. Broth was tasty and the wontons were packed well. Place was clean and not too crowded. 👍

The vibe here is pretty laid back, not like a big chain at all. Steak was cooked exactly how I asked. Music in the background was a nice touch, not too loud. Just felt comfortable hanging out for a while.

Sat outside by the canal, had a pizza and a glass of wine. Service was on point, friendly without hovering. Food came quick, crust was decent, maybe a bit floppy in the middle but fine. Nice spot to just sit and watch people go by. Would come back if I'm in the area again.

The bread here is spot on — crunchy outside, soft inside. Fresh ingredients too. Solid spot for a quick lunch without spending much.

Great Italian restaurant in the heart of the Red Light District. The food was excellent, highly recommend the steak and peppercorn sauce. What made the visit so good was how friendly the staff were and how relaxed and unhurried the atmosphere was. We were a group of 6 and everyone really enjoyed themselves.

We came here to celebrate our engagement and the owner really made it special. Even gave us complimentary shots when he heard the news. That kind of personal touch is hard to find these days. Food was solid too, but honestly the hospitality stood out the most. Would definitely go back if we're in the area again.

Great find. Lovely tasty food and big portions.Staff very friendlyPlace was a bit plain but clean and comfortableThey seemed surprised about the discount but gave it no problem

Not a lot of tables available, they work on take away mostly but their pizza is awesome, true Napoli kind of pizza. Super nice staff!

Tasty food and prices are fair, more authentic than most spots in Amsterdam. Interior’s a bit dated but cozy. Only thing—rice portions run small and extra costs extra.

First time eating Ethiopian food. Absolutely delicious. The service was also excellent and so welcoming! Next time I come to Amsterdam we will come here again 💕

The ranchero burrito was solid — fresh ingredients and that habanero salsa actually brings the heat 🔥 Definitely hitting this spot again for that alone.

Every visit here is a joy. It is like sitting in your neighbourhood living room. The food is good, the menu straight forward and fitting the locale. I recommend having the surf & turf or the mixed grill, you can't go wrong.

The bitterballen were properly crispy outside and molten inside — that’s what I came for. Had the steak, cooked right, decent portion. Prices are a bit steep for what you get, but the taste holds up. Beer was cold, which helps. Wouldn’t mind coming back just for the snacks.

The red curry and squid were both solid, really fresh flavors. Staff was friendly enough, helped me pick since the menu's pretty short. Not a huge selection, but what they make is done right. Place felt casual, no rush. I'd swing by again if I'm in the area and want something simple.

The veggie noodles with egg were €5.50 and honestly the portion was huge. Couldn't finish it all. Service was quick, maybe too quick—my plate arrived before I even settled in. But for that price in this area, I'm not complaining. Solid spot if you're hungry and don't want to spend much.

Satay croquet was crispy and hot, exactly what I needed for a quick bite. Filling could’ve been a bit more generous, but it did the job. Easy to grab and go, no fuss. Fine for a snack between trains.

Decent meal overall. Had the fried rice and some dumplings, flavors were pretty good. Tea was a bit weak though, tasted more like hot water. Place was busy but service was fine. Would come back if I'm in the area again.

The mie ayam here is legit. Noodles are thick and curly, exactly how I like it. Got the yamin with dumpling soup on the side - solid choice. Quick service too, in and out in 20 minutes.
