A convenient spot for a quick bite. I appreciate that everything is made fresh to order - you can really taste the quality of the ingredients. The portions are generous, which is nice. Tables and loos were clean too.

The steak pie was spot on, rich and tender. They have a decent selection of reds by the glass, which is always a plus for me. Went with a Malbec, worked nicely with the hearty filling. A bit on the pricey side, but you get what you pay for.

The staff were really friendly and attentive. They knew the menu well and gave some good suggestions for new dishes to try. It made for a relaxed and easy lunch.

Been coming here for years. Their fish supper is always spot on - thick, flaky fish with a proper crisp batter. Not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for.

Came by on a whim. The pizza was solid, nice crust and decent toppings. The couple running the place were really friendly, chatted a bit. Music was chill. Just a good, simple spot.

The staff were so kind helping with our toddler's meal. And that homemade millionaire shortbread was a treat!

The scones are lovely, and the staff are always so friendly. I like how comfortable the chairs are, makes it easy to relax.

Popped in for a quick lunch. The chicken wrap was fresh, with crisp lettuce and a light dressing. The tuna sandwich had a nice texture, not too heavy. Both felt like good, clean options for a midday meal.

Really appreciate the thought put into the menu here. The manager has coeliac disease, so the gluten-free and dairy-free options feel genuinely safe and well-considered. It’s a relief not to have to interrogate the staff about every ingredient.

A decent spot for lunch. The chowder starter was pretty good. The baked potato was enormous and very hot, just as they said!

The restaurant is such a lovely little spot. Really enjoyed the Sunday roast here.

Stopped in for lunch. Felt like home cooking. Portions are huge, couldn't finish mine. Solid spot.

The relaxed vibe here is lovely for a long chat. I really appreciate their focus on fresh ingredients. The seasonal mocktail I had was crisp and clearly made with real, quality fruit. A nice spot to unwind without the heavy, sugary drinks.

The ribeye was cooked just right, really juicy and full of flavour. Honestly, one of the best steaks I've had in ages. The staff were lovely too, very friendly and on the ball.

The gluten-free choices are really thoughtful here. I had the quinoa salad and it was so fresh, packed with crisp veggies. A nice change from the usual limited options.

Service here is a real standout. The staff are genuinely friendly, remember your name, and they take the time to chat. It feels personal, not like those big chain places. The barista even suggested a nice red to go with my steak pie, which was spot on.

Just off the train and needed a quick bite. The beef tacos hit the spot, and the service was impressively fast. They had a decent local lager on tap that paired nicely with the spices. Perfect for a casual stop.

Great spot if you're veggie or just fancy some fish. Menu's got loads of choice. Portions are massive, honestly couldn't finish mine. Everything tasted spot on.
