The cinnamon roll was a bit too sweet for my taste, but the main dishes were all solid. I appreciated the wine list, found a nice red that paired well with my steak.

Our server was so patient with our big group, even cutting and serving the birthday cake for us. Splitting the bill a bunch of different ways was handled without any fuss.

John Wayne special with the homemade Spanish sauce. That’s the move. Massive portions, really hit the spot. Just a solid, no-fuss breakfast.

The live music at The Lighthouse Cafe is what keeps me coming back. It's not just background noise, it's the whole vibe. Sat on the patio last night, the band was incredible and the sound just washed over the pier. A real Hermosa Beach moment.

Great spot right by Hermosa Beach. Perfect for a drink after the beach walk. The menu is pretty big, which is nice.

Stopped by for a coffee. The owner was walking around, serving cups himself. Felt really nice, like a neighborhood spot. Coffee was solid. Just a chill place to hang for a bit.

The scrambled eggs were spot on. Fluffy, not greasy. Had some leftover and they were still good the next day, just heated them up in a pan. Server was nice, checked in without hovering.

The Simmzy burger was really tasty, and I enjoyed the Hawaiian Poke Bowl too. The atmosphere is fun and lively, which is nice for a relaxed meal. My only small note is that the chairs are a bit hard for a longer sit.

The Friday pizookie deal is a pretty good lunch option. Food comes out fast, though the portion is a bit small for the price.

The roast turkey lunch special was a huge portion for the price. Menu is massive, which is great.

Been coming here for years. The portions are still huge, which I love. Had the wedge salad and roasted beet salad last time, couldn't finish either. It's always like that.

Always a solid choice. Their menu has a good mix of sweet and savory, which is nice when you're dining with a group.

The cold brew is solid! The breakfast burrito with turkey sausage was tasty, and the back area has tons of seating. Perfect for catching up with friends without feeling rushed.

I grew up eating arepas, so I know what to look for. The ones here are spot on and really hit the craving. The price is fair for the quality you get, which is hard to find these days.

The space feels warm and inviting. I noticed the portions here are a bit bigger than at their other spot.

Spacious and bright, I could actually hear my friend across the table. The lighting was just right, not too dim or harsh. A nice change from the usual noisy spots. The room felt really airy and open.

The birria tacos are so good. The meat is super tender and the consommé is rich. You can really taste the freshness in the salsa.

Brenda made my visit unforgettable with her warm hospitality and great food recommendations. I can't wait to return and try more of the menu!

The staff here is really nice, they made it feel cozy. The Christmas decorations were a nice touch, made it feel festive. Food was pretty good, solid spot for a casual dinner.

The croissant with ham, cheese, and a fried egg was so good. Just the right amount of everything. Sat by the window for a long, lazy brunch and the lattes were a perfect warm-up.

First time here and that avocado toast really hit the spot. They don't skimp on the arugula, which I love, but it was piled so high I had to tackle it with a fork first. 😅 A solid, messy breakfast.

The place feels like a little fairytale, so peaceful and pretty. I just sat there for a good hour after my coffee, it was that nice. A perfect spot to slow down for an afternoon.

The corned beef hash is legit, with real chunks of corned beef and potatoes. The homemade cornbread on the side is the best part!

Been coming here for years. The breakfast burrito is solid, and the hash browns are always crispy. Portions are generous for the price. It’s my go-to spot when I want a reliable, filling meal.
