The breakfast is quite satisfactory. The bathroom is lacking. There is no dry and wet separation. It may be due to rain. The room is a bit damp.

#sunsetplaces Weekend Adventure in Los Angeles: Angeles National Forest Edition 🌲⛰️ Looking for a quick escape from LA’s buzz? Angeles National Forest is calling! From hiking lush trails to taking in sweeping mountain vistas, you’ll get that true SoCal nature fix just 40 minutes from DTLA. The best part? No entry fee and you can visit anytime—Angeles is open 24/7/365! Top Spot to Visit: 🌄 Angeles National Forest 701 N Santa Anita Ave, Arcadia, CA 91006, USA Open all day, every day. With over 700,000 acres of wilderness, the options are endless: try the famous Mt. Wilson Trail for panoramic views, picnic at Chantry Flats, or chill by a creek near Sturtevant Falls. My hot tip: Heading out early (think sunrise!) means cooler temps, smaller crowds, better wildlife spotting, and free parking options are way more likely. What to Bring & Know: · Pack layers—mountain temperatures swing fast! · Bring all the water & snacks you need, since services are limited once you leave the city. · Many parking areas require an Adventure Pass (can get them online or at local stores). · Phone signal can vanish, so download maps on your phone ahead of time or grab a paper trail map at visitor centers. Getting There and Around: Driving is a must—public transport isn’t an option here. Carpool if you can (help that mountain air stay fresh)! Parking is simple if you hit the trailheads early, but most lots do fill by mid-morning on weekends. Nearby Eats: Grab breakfast at a classic LA diner in Arcadia before heading in, or pack a picnic to enjoy scenic views mid-hike. There are no restaurants in the forest! #angelesnationalforest #losangelesdaytrip

Los Angeles as a popular tourist city, I have introduced so many must-eat restaurants to you, carefully thought but did not introduce the hotel, so today I will share the hotel I stayed not long ago, I feel the experience is really possible, to travel friends a reference 👌 After all, come to Los Angeles to eat well, sleep well is key ah 👍 📌Reason I recommend: 1⃣️ Very good location, in the safe Chinese area, 5 minutes drive to Westfield Santa Anita Mall, shopping can be balanced. Especially suitable for family outings 2⃣️ The hotel's valet parking service helps. If overnight it’s $27 a night, but if you spend more than $75 at a hotel restaurant, that’s money waived – I’ve stayed at a chain of boutique hotels in dtla that cost $40 for a night’s parking, and it’s not waived by spending on-site, the location isn’t as safe either 3⃣️ The room is very new and the space is big enough, I especially like their makeup mirror! ! Compared to the Chicago, New York City hotels I went to before, I think this overall gave me a good feeling, like a Vegas hotel👌 But honestly, their restaurant has great service and impeccable decor . The food presentation is great, but the taste of Asian fusion is too American, I think most people may not be used to it👌 The bar in the lobby is atmospheric Le Méridien Pasadena-Acadia If you are planning to travel to Los Angeles recently, you can consider this place👌 🏨 Le Méridien Pasadena Arcadia 📍130 W Huntington Dr, Arcadia, CA 91007

Every year from March to April, Los Angeles and its surrounding areas welcome a grand tulip viewing feast. Descanso Gardens is renowned for its vast grounds and diverse plant species. The spring tulip exhibition gathers colorful tulips, creating a splendid sea of flowers that makes you feel like you're in a fairy tale world. Beverly Gardens, located in Beverly Hills, features tulips that complement other landscape flowers, forming picturesque scenery perfect for photo ops—every shot looks like a masterpiece. The Los Angeles County Arboretum & Botanic Garden is a great spot for family outings. Besides tulips, many spring flowers bloom in competition, allowing you to fully enjoy the romance of spring while strolling through. Underwood Family Farms combines tulip viewing with farm activities, where children can participate in fun farm experiences and enjoy the rural charm. Come to Los Angeles and start a romantic and joyful tulip viewing journey at these special locations, creating beautiful memories!

#hellochristmas Peck Road Water Conservation Park is a 5-acre neighborhood and regional park located on a stunning 180-acre former quarry in Arcadia/El Monte, California. Managed as a "passive-use" facility, it focuses on nature observation rather than organized recreational sports. Key Activities & Amenities Fishing: Catch-and-release fishing is popular at the park's lake. Anglers can expect to find largemouth bass, bluegill, and catfish. While free, a valid California fishing license is still required for adults. Boating is strictly prohibited.

It’s okay if it doesn’t snow in winter, we can light up the city ourselves✨ Recently, Santa Anita Park has become a charming Christmas village. At the entrance, there are huge reindeer welcoming guests, with the sparkling ENCHANT sign nearby. Inside, there’s a tunnel of lights, a forest of Christmas trees, plus an ice skating rink, a maze, and a small market. Walking through the warm yellow light tunnel with artificial snow falling really amps up the Christmas atmosphere. It’s recommended to buy tickets online in advance, including parking and the activities you want to try. The day I went, it was super crowded, and tickets for the snow slide sold out on site. Btw, when I saw Vega in photo 4, I wondered why Santa Claus would care about option volatility, but then I realized it refers to the star Vega. It’s more romantic and fitting to think of it as the star Vega. Lastly, if you love lights + cozy holiday vibe, you’ll enjoy this place🎄

🌟 Second Visit to Los Angeles: A Wonderful Journey of Museums, Starry Skies, and Cacti Stepping into Los Angeles for the second time, there’s less rush and more immersion. This West Coast "City of Angels" boasts both cutting-edge modern art halls and wild desert gardens. Walking through the Getty Center with its interplay of white walls and light, you might momentarily forget you’re in the bustling heart of Hollywood—this contrast is exactly what makes Los Angeles so charming. 🏛️ **Getty Center: The Art Palace on the Hill** 1200 Getty Center Dr This pure white complex built on the Santa Monica Mountains ridge looks like a giant modern art piece. The second visit is still breathtaking: this free museum, created by Paul Getty with his oil fortune, houses 50,000 treasures from Van Gogh’s "Irises" to medieval manuscripts. Riding the tram up, the panoramic view of Los Angeles unfolding beneath your feet feels like a special "art entrance ceremony" exclusive to Getty. (Tip: Closed on Tuesdays, Saturday night sessions open until 9 PM are perfect for sunset shots!) 🌵 **Hidden Gem: Cactus Garden** On the top floor of the Getty Center lies a surprising delight—the desert botanical garden. Over 300 species of cacti and succulents thrive wildly under the Los Angeles sun. Giant golden barrel cacti look like alien creatures, creating a surreal scene against the distant city skyline. In the morning light, these spiky beings cast interesting shadows on the ground, making it a secret haven for photography lovers. 🔭 **Griffith Observatory: A Night Gazing at the Galaxy** 2800 E Observatory Rd This vintage observatory, a romantic filming location for the movie "La La Land," also offers the best view of the Hollywood sign. On the second visit, I deliberately chose dusk, watching the dome turn golden and then fade into deep blue. When Saturn’s rings came clearly into view through the telescope, I suddenly understood why astronomers of the last century were so fascinated by this starry sky. (Tip: Closed Mondays and Tuesdays, weekends are crowded—better to visit on weekdays.) 🌿 **Getty Center Garden Tour** Details only revealed by a guide: the hedge maze in the central garden hides a water sound installation, and Robert Irwin’s visual trap art is tucked among the azalea bushes. The best part is the pool area—the water surface perfectly reflects the sharp angles of Richard Meier’s architecture, blending reality and illusion like Monet’s water lilies. Los Angeles always brings a sense of freshness, just like the phrase engraved on the porch of Griffith Observatory: “The stars as are the earth, and the earth as are the stars.” Here, art and nature are never opposites.

This is my second time in Los Angeles. This trip mainly visited the Getty Center, Griffith Observatory, and Arcadia Botanical Garden, also known as Peacock Garden. California's coastline is very long, and this time I drove to many seaside attractions. I especially took a small boat here by the sea to have a look. It was quite beautiful. Below is an AI introduction. 📍 Los Angeles County Arboretum Address: 301 N Baldwin Ave, Arcadia 🌵 The giant cactus jungle is super stunning! Instantly transports you to a Western movie scene 📸 Tips: The afternoon light shining through the cacti is super dreamy 📍 Getty Center Address: 1200 Getty Center Dr 🚠 Take the white tram up the hill! Original Van Gogh paintings + 360-degree city view terrace 🎨 Hidden feature: The maze installation art in the top floor garden is great for photos 🌊 Santa Monica Coastline 🚤 Small boat self-driving experience: The sea is sprinkled with golden light at dusk (book 2 hours in advance) 🤫 Secret spot: The carousel at the end of the pier framed with the sunset 🍴 Food Recommendations The Lobster: Seafood platter with Pacific Ocean sunset Urth Caffe: Matcha latte favored by Hollywood stars ⚠️ Tips to avoid pitfalls 1. Getty Center is very crowded on Saturdays! It’s recommended to go on Tuesday morning 2. The sandy area of the botanical garden is very sunny in the afternoon, bring sun-protective clothing

This is the home of Dr. Brown in the "Back to the Future" trilogy, and it is also California's 871st historical landmark, listed in the National Register of Historic Places. In April 1977, the residence was declared a National Historic Landmark in the United States. Today, the house is owned by the city of Pasadena and maintained by the School of Architecture at the University of Southern California. Located in Pasadena, California, the Gamble House is a three-story building with interior furnishings designed by Charles and Henry Greene in 1908 for David and Mary Gamble, of Procter & Gamble. The entire residence is constructed of wood, with a unified color scheme both inside and out. The house features intricately carved wooden interiors, eye-catching wood grain decorations, and custom-made wooden furniture. Today, the Gamble House is considered a masterpiece of the American Arts and Crafts movement, serving as a living textbook for people to learn and understand the style of American Arts and Crafts.
The desert garden at Huntington Library was incredibly sunny; the cacti were taller than a person. In the Japanese garden, there were small bridges and flowing water, moss-covered stone lampstands, and people sitting in the pavilion, gazing at the koi. A few low-growing trees in the glasshouse, said to be among the oldest plants on Earth, looked rather wilted. Inside the main building, bookshelves reached the ceiling, ladders slid back and forth, and the sound of turning pages was rustling. When I came out, it was unbearably hot, so I bought an iced lemonade from the coffee shop near the entrance; one sip and I felt completely refreshed.
YoYo_1I8Q7O5OThe overall experience at Universal Studios Hollywood was absolutely fantastic! You could say there were practically no lines. Even the big rides only took about ten minutes (this is essential; otherwise, you'd get overwhelmed and dizzy from all the rush). They're also having the world premiere of Fast & Furious. However, being an older theme park, many details do look a bit dated (especially the Harry Potter area). Universal Studios is truly amazing! It's unique and allows you to experience the film sets up close.

notmaxpA very suitable place to enjoy the night view of Los Angeles, you can overlook the night view of the entire Los Angeles, but it is often crowded here, so you have to squeeze out a spot by yourself~ It was a bit foggy when we came, and the weather was not very good, but you can still enjoy a good night view. It is said that this is the filming location of the movie Lalaland. Friends who are interested can come to make a pilgrimage!
yangduoduo17Lakers is the favorite team of most fans. From the Kobe era to the current James-led basketball empire, there is one less game to watch. The live viewing experience is definitely worth the fans to find out.
子龙LLLCNManaged to catch some big superstar for Lakers outside the arena. Pretty upset as NBA regular season is ended when I visited in June and no playoff games at the time hence I wasn’t able to watch the game in the arena but I’m sure I will be back some day again to watch a NBA game.
Yee11The dinosaur and mammal exhibits were truly impressive. Although it's a county-level museum, it was built in the 1920s and has a rich history. It allowed us to learn about nature and also to see how Americans treated nature at that time.
M45***29We took our kids there, 3 and 5. Went to the science museum, natural history museum, butterfly exhibit, and then let the kids play in the shade of the rose garden. They were only interested in the shuttle itself for about two minutes, but there were other things to see. They loved the dinosaurs and butterflies. They were entertained for over three hours, which was good. Need to buy tickets in advance. Many things have separate admission fees. I only noticed that parking was $12. Excellent museum, but in the transportation center of the city, so adjust your schedule accordingly.
多多Ticketing is convenient and quick. The world's first Disney park is a bit old, and the castle looks somewhat shabby, but it's the first one! The fun atmosphere remains undiminished, and the food prices inside the park are reasonable, similar to those outside, and the taste is also good. Visiting both parks in one day is perfectly feasible.
