Been coming here for years, and the sashimi is always so fresh. That’s the main reason I keep coming back. The beef tendon stew is solid, too. Nice spot by the river when the cherry blossoms are out.

Small family spot. Got the pasta. Took a while on a Friday night. But you can tell they care. Everything felt... thoughtful. Worth the wait for that.

Great spot for a quick gift hunt with friends. They have so many strawberry-themed sweets and little souvenirs!

The chicken rice was light and refreshing, perfect for a small appetite.

Great grilled fish here. Owner showed me how to eat it properly, which was helpful. Perfect for a quick, fresh lunch. A bit of a wait, but worth it for the quality.

The seafood rice bowl here is the real deal. Generous portions of fresh salmon and tuna, and the rice had just the right hint of vinegar. Simple menu, but they do it really well.

The pudding was so good! The caramel sauce had a nice bitter kick that cut through the sweetness. It was a bit strong for my friend, but I loved it. Perfect for sharing and chatting after dinner.

I enjoyed a half-buffet lunch at Nishiki, where the main dish options were quite appealing. The southern bluefin tuna bowl was particularly delicious, and the variety of side dishes at the buffet was impressive.

Nice spot for a break after visiting the shrine. The outdoor seating has a pleasant view of the grounds and trees.

Came for the seiro soba everyone talks about near the station. Had to wait maybe 25 minutes, no reservations. The portion was huge for the price, honestly. I couldn't finish it all.
