The place is incredibly clean, even the restrooms. My steak was cooked exactly medium-rare as I asked. They got our order out fast, which was nice on a busy night.

Ate here last night. The old wooden house setting is so atmospheric, especially with the soft lighting on the tatami. It felt like stepping into another time. The food was good, but honestly, the mood is what I'll remember. A quiet spot away from the main street.

Been coming here for years, and the sashimi is always so fresh. That’s the main reason I keep coming back. The beef tendon stew is solid, too. Nice spot by the river when the cherry blossoms are out.

Great grilled fish here. Owner showed me how to eat it properly, which was helpful. Perfect for a quick, fresh lunch. A bit of a wait, but worth it for the quality.

The seafood rice bowl here is the real deal. Generous portions of fresh salmon and tuna, and the rice had just the right hint of vinegar. Simple menu, but they do it really well.

I enjoyed a half-buffet lunch at Nishiki, where the main dish options were quite appealing. The southern bluefin tuna bowl was particularly delicious, and the variety of side dishes at the buffet was impressive.
