Dining in made such a difference. The food actually tasted fresh and well-seasoned, not like the sad takeout version I’d had before. Portions felt fair at the table too. Only thing—the chairs are a bit hard, so I wouldn’t linger too long after finishing. But honestly, the atmosphere made up for it.

The ribeye was cooked right, tender, no complaints there. Menu’s got plenty of options and the prices are fair for what you get. Only letdown was the fries, pretty standard stuff. If you’re after a solid steak without the tourist markup, this place works. Service was quick too, which I appreciate.

The chicken skepasti was the standout. Really juicy, the feta on top melted into everything. Cheese balls were decent too, light and crispy. They brought out some little free cakes at the end, those were surprisingly good. Not the cheapest spot but the food itself holds up.

Stopped here after the ruins. Got the pumpkin and rice dish, really tasty. Salad was fresh too. Place gets busy around 1pm, we waited a bit for a table but it moved fast. Prices fair for being right by the site. Would eat here again if I'm back in the area.

Food was solid, sitting right by the water made it better. Some staff were on it, others kinda just there. Not a big deal but you notice it. Had the pasta, decent portion for the price. Place gets busy so maybe that's why. Would eat here again if I'm in the area.

The 10-course menu really stood out — the chef came out to present one dish himself, which felt special without being gimmicky. Wine pairing was solid too. Just wish the pacing was a bit quicker between courses.

Stopped by for a late lunch and shared the Greek salad with a pizza. Salad was huge — easily enough for two. Really hit the spot.

Great spot right on the square. Breakfast was solid, nothing fancy but hit the spot. Place gets busy fast, so grab a seat early.

The chicken gyro platter was really good—meat was juicy and the briam had that homey veggie taste. Owners actually seemed to care, made the place feel welcoming. Stayed a bit longer than planned just chatting. Only thing, the pita could've been warmer, but honestly didn't mind.

The kokoretsi was spot on, really well done. They even do roasted lamb heads if you're feeling brave. Solid spot for traditional grilled meats.

Food came out crazy fast even with the place packed on Saturday. Beer list is solid too. 🍺

The mushroom risotto was decent and the pork souvlaki pretty good. Portions were generous, though nothing mind-blowing.

Stopped by for a drink in the garden area. Good spot if you're in Piraeus and want something lively. Service was fast, no complaints there. Didn't eat much, menu looked limited and prices a bit steep for what it is. Fine for a drink, wouldn't go out of my way for the food.

The seafood and slow-cooked beef were fresh and tasty. Place was packed with locals, which usually means something. Service was fine, nothing fancy.

The view from the terrace is the real reason to stop here. Greek salad came out properly chilled, feta was decent. Grilled squid had that nice charred edge, though I wished for a bit more seasoning on the side veg. Sat longer than I planned just watching the water. Fine for a casual midday bite.

The Greek salad with pickled caper leaves was the standout—so fresh. Grilled octopus was good too, though a bit small for the price.

We stopped by for a late lunch and the pizza really hit the spot. Crust was just right, not too thick. I’m picky about seating and we got a nice table by the window, so that was a plus. Service was friendly and let us take our time. Already thinking about going back before we leave Athens.

We showed up almost 40 minutes late for our booking, and they still kept the table for us. Even checked in to see if we were alright. Food came out quick too, which I appreciated since we were starving. Solid spot if you're running behind and don't want to lose your reservation.

Stopped by for a late lunch after wandering around Exarcheia. The falafel wrap hit the spot—crispy, fresh, not greasy. I grabbed a cold beer to go with it, which worked better than I expected. Place has a fun, colorful vibe, nothing fancy but comfortable. Chili con carne was solid too. Decent prices for the area.

Clean sand, clear water, and the staff actually pay attention. Food and drink prices were fair. Just wish they’d mentioned the entrance fee upfront—caught me off guard.

The beetroot tzatziki was really good. Lemon butter shrimp came out fast too. Only downside - outdoor seating is tiny. Grabbed a quick lunch and was in and out.

Stopped here after a walk along the coast. The chicken with capers and lemon was really good, plenty of flavor. Portion size was decent for the price, not huge but fair. It’s a bit of a wait when it’s busy, but the garden seating makes up for it. Would go back if I’m in the area again.

Loved the outdoor seating here. Pastries are so light, no heavy butter aftertaste. Service was a bit slow though, so maybe call ahead.

Been coming here for years. Lamb chops still the best around - crispy outside, juicy inside. Tzatziki's fresh, salad's good too. Place gets busy but service keeps up fine. Only thing is it can get loud when full, but that's expected. Solid spot for a proper Greek meal.

The lamb chops were properly grilled, juicy inside. They even brought out a little dessert on the house at the end. Place is a bit tucked away, but worth finding for honest Greek cooking.

Loved the bread selection here — so many options, and everything tasted properly fresh. The dips were the highlight for me, especially the tzatziki. Prices felt fair for what you get. Wish I had more room to try the sweets, but I’ll definitely grab some next time.

Came for the buffet, left full. Sushi was surprisingly decent for this kind of spot—not fancy, but fresh enough. Lots of options, so you can graze for a while. Service kept up even when it got busy. Just call ahead if you're coming on a weekend, place fills up quick. Solid if you're hungry and don't want to overthink it.

The cocktails keep me coming back every time. Interior’s got a nice vibe too. Staff tried their best despite the language thing. Solid spot in the area.

The gyros platter was huge—honestly enough for two people. Price was fair for what you get. Casual spot, nothing fancy, but it does the job.

Stumbled onto this place by accident and so glad we did. The fish was genuinely the best I had in Greece—fresh, simple, cooked right. No fuss, just good food. Prices fair for what you get. Wish I'd found it earlier in the trip.
