Nice little spot for a coffee break. The filled ensaimadas were spot on. Had a simple americano with mine, and the pairing worked really well. It&#39;s a small space, so getting a seat can be a bit tricky, but the vibe is relaxed.

We ate in several parador restaurants and bars during our recent visit to Spain, and the Restaurante Parador de Gredos was without any doubt the best. And if you&#39;re visiting, take the opportunity to take your post-prandial coffee up to the balcony of the hotel and drink in spectacular views over the trees and the mountains, and enjoy the peace and tranquility.
