Stayed a few nights. Rooms are spacious, bathrooms nice. The breakfast bacon was really good. Quick and easy stay, no fuss.

Estelle was our server, really nice and checked on us just enough. Made the evening feel relaxed. Good service can make a difference.

The seafood chowder was the star for me. Really rich and full of flavour, probably one of the best I've tried. The fish and chips were good too, a decent portion.

Sarah was lovely, really knew her beers and gave us some solid tips for the area. The place itself has a nice, relaxed vibe, perfect for a casual pint after a walk along the coast.

Been coming here for years, and the fish and chips is still the one to get. Properly crispy batter, nice flaky cod. A pint of Guinness alongside it just works. A solid local spot.

Really liked the food here. The service was spot on, friendly but not hovering. My favourite was the grilled octopus starter – tender, with a nice smoky char. A solid spot for a casual dinner.

Lovely little spot, feels like a cosy neighbourhood cafe. The cod was nicely cooked but could have done with a pinch more salt. Staff were really friendly and attentive.

The staff are so friendly, really made us feel at home. They suggested a lovely local white to go with the fish special, which was spot on. A bit of a wait for the main, but the service was so warm you hardly noticed.

The strawberry pavlova was the star. Light meringue, fresh cream, and those berries just worked. A lovely, sweet end to the evening.

Been coming here for years. The toasties are always spot on, perfect for grabbing something quick before heading over the bridge. Coffee's decent too. It's just a reliable local spot.

The pizza's always solid, but I really like the vibe here. It's got this relaxed, industrial feel with those big windows and comfy booths. Just a nice place to unwind with a slice and a beer.

A solid neighbourhood spot. The pizzas are enormous, we couldn't finish ours! Good, quick service and a nice buzzy vibe with the low lighting. Menu had loads to choose from.

Been coming here for years, and the steak is always spot on. Tender, cooked just right. The crispy onions on top are a nice touch.

Lovely spot for a chilled coffee. The kids were happy with the little play area and mini golf, so we could actually finish our drinks! The beachy decor is cute.

Tried the early bird menu. The salt and chili chicken starter had a proper kick to it. But the sticky toffee pudding with clotted cream? Honestly, the best I've ever had.

Been coming here for years, and the fish and chips is always spot on. Huge portion, same great taste every time. That's why I keep coming back.

The portions are decent. I had the fish and chips, the batter was crisp but the chips were a bit too soft for my liking. Good amount of food though.

Lovely coffee and scones here. The staff are so welcoming, which makes a real difference. I had a quiet corner table, perfect for just sitting and relaxing. A very comfortable spot.

No reservation but they squeezed us in on a Friday evening. The pulled beef pasta with garlic cream sauce was a huge portion, really generous. Could easily have shared one between two.

Loved the vibe here! Perfect for catching up with friends. The decor is so nice, really cosy and relaxed. We ended up staying for ages just chatting. The food was decent too, but honestly, the atmosphere is the main draw.

Creed's back! Their milkshakes are still the best around. My wife swears by the coconut latte too.

Lovely old building, really calm inside. We could actually hear each other talk for once! Perfect for a relaxed family dinner.

Cosy spot, friendly staff. Dessert took a while to arrive. Kitchen seemed busy. The chocolate torte was worth the wait though.

Christmas lunch for seven, and the service was spot-on from the moment we walked in. Staff were attentive without hovering. Food arrived piping hot, which made all the difference on a busy day. A really nice afternoon.

I had a lovely lunch here. The staff were so pleasant and attentive. When I mentioned the soup was a bit cool, they warmed it up right away with a smile. It's the kind of thoughtful service that makes a meal so much more relaxing.
