Been here for a book club meet-up. It's a proper friendly local pub, good atmosphere. Just a bit loud with the music on, makes chatting a bit tricky. Still, a nice spot.

Staff are amazing ..very friendly and approachable without encroaching on our personal space . Went through the menu with me as I have a nut allergy.A hidden gem , lots of little private booths as well as a large open area. Outside wet garde which was clean and tidy.Food was excellent with a good variety and reasonably priced.Would definitely eat here again.

Popped in for a weekend bite. As a coeliac, the staff were really clued up on what I could have. Went for the sausage and mash - proper comfort food, really hit the spot.

As someone who often struggles to find good veggie options, their menu was a pleasant surprise. Everything tasted really fresh and came out properly hot, which is always a plus. The staff were lovely and attentive, too.

Decent midweek deals, but the real vibe is the weekend DJ. The bass just hits right, not too loud to talk. Quiz nights are fun too, but the weekend energy is my thing.

Lovely spot for a family dinner. The staff are genuinely friendly and welcoming, which really makes the place feel warm and relaxed. Just a nice, easy vibe.

Been coming here for years. The owner remembers my name and my usual order, and that’s the main reason I keep coming back. It’s just consistent, you know? Makes it feel like a proper local spot.

The new owners have kept the historic charm but the portion sizes are a bit on the small side for the price. My fish and chips was tasty, just not as filling as I'd hoped for a classic pub meal.

Grabbed a quick lunch here. Tried a few tapas, all tasty and came out fast. Nice little spot out back to eat. Good for a speedy bite.

The hot and sour soup is really good. I always end up taking some home for lunch the next day, which is nice. The staff are very friendly and attentive, making the whole meal feel relaxed.

Nice terrace overlooking the park. Good spot for an evening drink. They had the game on the projector which was a plus. Service was efficient, got our order quickly. A solid choice if you're in the area.

Been coming here for their bottomless brunch for ages. The cocktails are always spot on, never watered down. That’s why I keep coming back.

The decor's cool and the DIY DJ booth is a fun idea. Could use a few more interesting beers on tap though.

Great spot to unwind with the dog after a walk. Staff were lovely with him. Their house red was a surprisingly good match for the rustic vibe. Solid drinks list overall.

Loved the vintage look here, especially the beautiful tiled facade. It's a classic. The interior has that lovely, authentic feel. A really nice spot for a quiet drink.

The veggie burger was so good! Perfect for a casual catch-up with friends. The patty had a really nice texture, and the bun was soft. Just a bit pricey for what it is, but we'll probably be back.

The cocktail masterclass was a nice way to spend an afternoon. The instructor was clear and walked us through each step. I appreciated learning about the fresh ingredients they use in the syrups and garnishes. It felt like a good, hands-on activity.

The cocktails at this bar are absolutely fantastic, with a great selection that includes both classic and innovative options. The bartenders are clearly skilled and know how to create a memorable drink experience.

Bartenders were great. Knew the menu inside out, explained everything without rushing. Made the whole quick lunch feel a bit more considered. 👍

Been coming here for years, always before my train. That pint of bitter is just right every single time. It’s the one thing I can always count on.

The burger was cooked just right, and the scampi and chips were tasty. The staff were really welcoming. We'll be back to try more from the menu on future Fridays.

Popped in for a quick glass with friends. The place was absolutely buzzing, which was fun, but we did have to wait a bit for a table. Good energy for a catch-up though! 🍷

A proper pub in Leeds centre. Their Trappist and European beer list is the real draw. Staff know their stuff, happy to offer a taste before you order. My kind of place for a quiet pint.

Been coming here for years, and the staff are always so helpful with my dietary needs. They never make a fuss, just quietly sort it out. Makes it easy to relax and enjoy the meal.

Had our event in a private room, really nice setup. Mark was our host, handled everything smoothly, kept things moving. Made the evening relaxed, no fuss. Good for a group.

Came here for a catch-up with a mate. The vibe is so relaxed, just right for a long chat. We shared the beef stew – proper hearty stuff that hit the spot.

A lovely local pub, always feels welcoming. The staff are friendly and the food is consistently good. The beer garden is a nice spot in summer, though the benches could use a bit more cushioning.

The summer menu pizza was the standout. Thin, crisp base with a nice char, and the nduja sausage had a good kick. The beer garden setting was fine, but honestly, I was just there for the food.
