Usually have a long wait in between ordering drinks & food order being taken. Today drinks order taken straight away, then when drinks bought to table the waiter took our food order. Didn't take long for our food to arrive at tabke. Excellent service

My regular spot for a quick coffee fix. Staff are friendly and know their beans, but service can be a bit slow when they're busy. Still, the espresso is solid. Good for a grab-and-go.

The flat white was spot on. Saw the staff deal with a tricky customer - they were calm and sorted it out without a fuss. Good to see.

Salted caramel cake and chocolate frappe were spot on. And the staff found my passport after closing - so kind of them!

Lovely spot in the back garden for a quick bite. The fountain makes it really peaceful. Perfect for a quiet evening meal.

The canapés were so fresh, you could taste the quality of the ingredients. A lovely touch for a celebration.

Small spot, but the sandwiches are just as good as the main shop. Portions are huge for the price. Perfect for a quick bite when you're in a rush. Got my order in under 5 minutes.

Stumbled upon this place during a walk. The menu's got a lot to choose from, which was nice. Everything we had tasted properly homemade. The scones were particularly decent. It did get a bit busy later on, but a solid spot for a quiet coffee.

The Portuguese tarts here are spot on. The pastry is flaky, and the custard filling has that perfect, slightly caramelised top. A really nice little treat with a coffee. Staff are always polite, makes it a comfortable spot to pop in on your own.

Busy lunch spot, but the queue moves fast. Got a decent chicken sandwich and a coffee in under 10 minutes. Seating is easy to find, which is a plus. Good for a quick bite.

Tom and Lily were great, really made the birthday lunch feel nice. Food was tasty, came out quick which I needed. Good spot for a quick bite.

Decent coffee, and I like how they open the front windows on a sunny day. Good for watching the street.

A really cozy spot, the music was just right for a quiet afternoon. I spent a good hour here with my latte, just unwinding. It’s the kind of place you find and want to keep to yourself. ☕️

Been coming here for years after a walk along the towpath. Their cream tea is always spot on - warm scones, proper jam and clotted cream. They never rush you with the teapot, always happy to bring more hot water. That's why I keep coming back.

Met up with a friend here on a Tuesday evening. The outdoor seating was nice. Ordered the fish and chips - portion was decent for the price, felt like a fair deal. Not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for.

The place is spotless, even the loos have a changing table. Music was nice and low. Just a really well-kept spot, you can tell they care about the details.

A nice, traditional spot with a good menu. The service was friendly and efficient, which made for a relaxed start to the day. My only small note is that the chairs are a bit hard for a longer sit.

The bacon smashed avocado toast is the reason to come. The avocado was perfectly ripe, not mushy, and the bacon added a nice salty crunch. The toast itself held up well. The matcha latte was fine, but the toast is the star.

Got a table right away, which was a nice surprise. Coffee was fresh and hot, just what I needed. A good spot for a quick bite when you're not in a rush.

Been coming here for years, it's my local. The bacon and egg roll is always spot on, proper portion and not stingy with the bacon. Good for a quick bite by the water.

The staff were very friendly and found us a high chair for our baby. The food was pretty good, a decent meal overall. It was a bit noisy in the dining room, but that's to be expected with a family place.

Generous portions, especially the jacket potatoes. My steak was cooked just right, and the house red was a solid match for it. Good value for the amount you get.

Dog-friendly spot, which is a plus. My dog gets a warm welcome and a bit of attention from the staff. Makes a quick lunch stop easy when I'm out and about with him. Convenient for that.

Decent organic stuff, and some prices are actually lower than the big supermarkets. Staff were nice.

Lovely relaxed spot for a family brunch. The kids' menu had some good options, and I really appreciated the focus on fresh ingredients in their dishes. Plenty of space for prams, which is always a plus.

The kimchi braised mushrooms with a poached egg was the best part of brunch. Really hearty and felt like a good choice. The egg yolk mixed in perfectly. Just wish the portion was a bit bigger for the price.

Popped in for a quick bite. The staff here are really on it—friendly and quick without being overbearing. Makes a difference when you're just grabbing lunch solo.

Been coming here for years. The dark roast latte is always spot on, stays hot. The pistachio cream bun is a nice treat with it. Staff are friendly, place is clean. Just a solid local spot.

Lovely spot, and the gluten-free bread was so good I had to ask twice if it was really gluten-free! Nice to be able to bring the dog, too.

Popped in for coffee and a slice of Hungarian cake. The vegan goulash was a nice surprise, really hit the spot. Owner's super friendly, service is relaxed but they're on it. Good little find.
