Solid local ale selection, plus some interesting whiskies. Grabbed a pint before dinner, the view's a nice bonus.

Ivy and Megan provided outstanding service during our anniversary brunch. The atmosphere was relaxed, and the food was wonderful, making it a perfect celebration.

The vegetarian tasting menu was a real treat. The wine pairing they suggested was spot on, especially with the earthy mushroom course. A thoughtful experience from start to finish.

Great spot for a quick bite. Curry is fresh and the staff are friendly. Perfect for a speedy lunch.

The wine pairings were really thoughtful. I particularly noticed how the crisp white they served with the starter highlighted the freshness of the herbs in the dish. A lovely touch.

Used a voucher for the Sicilian wine tasting. Mike was a good host, knew his stuff. Wines were nice, and they don't skimp on the food portions either. Solid way to spend an evening.

The curried goat was the highlight. It's rich and flavourful, not overly sweet like some places do it. The seasoning was spot on. A really nice, comforting dish.

They read my note for the birthday order, which was a really nice touch. The food still tasted great even delivered.

Third year for Christmas lunch, already booked for 2026. The chips and homemade tartare sauce are spot on. A glass of their house red was a perfect match for the festive mood.

As someone who avoids dairy, I was pleasantly surprised by the menu here. Plenty of tasty options that didn't feel like an afterthought. The staff was really helpful when I had questions too.

Been coming for years, and their tiramisu is still the one I order every time. Just the right balance of flavour and texture.

A quiet spot on the high street, perfect for getting some work done. Tables are sturdy and at a good height. The 4G signal is strong, which was a real plus for me. A solid choice for a working lunch.

The cod in the fish and chips was spot on. Really fresh, flaky inside with a crisp batter that wasn't greasy at all. The portion was huge, I couldn't finish it all. Just a solid plate of fish and chips.

The Olive Tree breakfast is lovely. Service was friendly and the seats are comfortable, which made for a relaxing morning.

The staff were really attentive and the vibe was spot on. Had the lamb chops, which were cooked just right. Their wine list had some interesting local options that paired nicely. Parking was easy, which is always a plus.

Been coming here for years, mainly for the Sunday roast. The portion is huge - you get a proper plateful of everything. It's the kind of meal that keeps you going all day. Decent value for what you pay.

Friendly staff and good coffee. The flapjack they serve at the table is a nice touch.

The steak and ale pie was very good, with properly tender slow-cooked beef. The chips were nice and crispy. It's a solid choice for a decent pub meal.

I had a lovely afternoon tea experience here with my family. The cakes and sandwiches were not only delicious but also elegantly presented, making for a delightful dining experience in a comfortable setting.

Been coming here for years, and the service is always spot on. Imo was really helpful explaining the menu again this time.

The kleftico was the standout. Slow-cooked lamb, fell apart with a fork. The flavour was deep, savoury, with a hint of oregano. The mixed grill was solid, but the lamb shoulder was on another level. That's what I'd come back for.

A proper little gem, so cozy and spacious. The vegan brownies were a standout—rich and fudgy. Staff were really lovely too.

Found it for lunch. They seated us at the bar when it was busy, which worked. The extra bread was appreciated.

Been coming here for years, and the harbour view from the window tables never gets old. That's the main reason I keep booking.

Came for the lunch deal and it really is good value. The grilled salmon was spot on, fresh and cooked just right. A solid choice for a quick, tasty bite.

Nice spot, great location. The food was decent pub grub, nothing too fancy but it hit the spot.

Lively spot, perfect for a relaxed evening with friends. The wine and small plates vibe is just right.

The Schmokie burger was spot on - messy and smoky, just how a smash burger should be. Those parmesan tots with the black garlic mayo were a real find.

The butter chicken was really good, and the lamb rara gosht too. Food arrived quickly which I always appreciate. Our server was lovely, gave some helpful suggestions without being overbearing. A comfortable, easy meal.

First time in, and it's a proper local pub. The beer selection is spot on – loads of local craft stuff you don't see everywhere. Had a couple pints in the garden, which gets the sun nicely. Dog was made welcome too. 👍
