The environment and service are impeccable. I have been to Beijing three times in the past 30 years and have eaten at Quanjude Wangfujing, Quanjude Hepingmen and Bianyifang. This time I came to Qin Tang Restaurant. Their roast duck is amazing. It completely overturned my understanding of existing time-honored brands.

I am very satisfied with the service attitude. I hope we can have a pleasant cooperation in the future. (´͈ ᵕ `͈ )◞♡(´͈ ᵕ `͈ )◞♡It was a great experience. Fortunately, I made an appointment online in advance, otherwise there would be a lot of people on weekends. It was worth my long wait. It was really good.

The rural kitchen is full of people and you can't tell what kind of cuisine it serves. The prices don't seem expensive, but the total price per person is not low, which shows that this design is reasonable in terms of profitability. Chongqing chicken, Beijing pig's trotter jelly, roast duck, mandarin fish in sour soup, roast lamb with red willow branches, and Shaanxi oil-splashed noodles seem to come from all over the world, so I can't tell what kind of cuisine they belong to after eating them. The products are relatively mediocre. I suddenly thought of eating oil-splashed noodles, which is the most memorable dish.

Fragrant goose liver, light wine flavor, goose liver is very soft. Chinese toon tofu, very delicious cold dish. Scallion-fried sea cucumber/50g, very sticky, with rice underneath. Chongqing Xiaoai, an upgraded version of Beijing-style dim sum with Maoxuewang, given by the waiter, the dim sum is very good, not sweet. Raw baked yellow croaker, very fresh and tender, with garlic and shallots underneath. Shrimp roe and shrimp balls, fresh shrimps are very tender. Sea urchin and perilla baked autumn leaf crab, cheese flavor. Caviar roast duck, very unique, duck skin with caviar, roast duck is eaten normally. Black truffle abalone 40g, abalone tastes good, with Italian rice-shaped noodles. Fried meatballs, crispy skin, pepper and salt duck rack, very fragrant, very crispy, stir-fried pea tips, fresh vegetables Environment: Good Service: Very good

The restaurant is really winding and secluded, and the environment is really great, just like the prince's mansion in the TV series. The space between each table is large enough, and it is very private, suitable for a few people to get together. It is an innovative fusion restaurant with several set meals to choose from. Each dish is exquisite and delicious, and the rhythm of serving is also well controlled. Tea ceremony beef, pour tea into the beef, watch the tea slowly bloom in the bowl, and the perfume seep into the beef, tender and fresh.

The ancient, simple and elegant small courtyard shows the oriental simple elements everywhere. Red bricks and green tiles, classical atmosphere, and exude such a high-end feeling. The lobster and sea cucumber pot, the ingredients are fresh and plump, and it has five-star praise.

Environment: I went to the front store in Dashilan. This store is very Chinese-style and very grand. The two-story decoration is very antique. Service: The waiter's attitude is really good, with a smile on his face, and he will ask for opinions at the end to see if there is any need for improvement. Premium roast duck^One duck, several dishes, very special, the skin just baked is really melt-in-the-mouth, paired with white sugar, it's perfect, and the lotus leaf skin at the back, you can't stop eating. Boiling duck blood^You will ask about the spiciness, I chose slightly spicy, the taste is super tasty, a dish that goes well with rice. Pea yellow duck^The duck made of potatoes is too cute, I'm embarrassed to eat it! Milk-flavored golden pumpkin and taro pot with French bread^A super large milk-flavored pot, paired with crispy and delicious French bread, full and delicious

Coming out of Houhai, I followed the small road straight to the old brand. The navigation was relatively easy to find. It was on the roadside, and the door was eye-catching and had a story. After ordering the dishes, I served them myself. There were not many people, but everyone wanted to try one, even the bean juice that I had never dared to order. The fried liver felt the same as the starch soup here, but more internal organs were used, and the soup was thick and hung in the throat. When eating, you don’t use chopsticks or spoons, but hold the bottom of the bowl with your hands and raise it to your mouth to slurp it. The dishes were all good and solid, but I couldn’t handle the bean juice, so I didn’t dare to take two bites. The fried dough rings were all okay. The fried noodles with soybean sauce were relatively light and refreshing, the noodles were smooth and smooth, and the cucumber was mild overall. The environment of the old Beijing restaurants felt similar, and they were all more practical and not fancy. Watching the uncles and aunties around us slowly drinking the fried liver, we also experienced it firsthand, just like the uncles and aunties in the old streets of Macau ordering a cup of milk tea and a pineapple bun. Every place has its own local characteristics.
